It's become clear that someone you've been doing business with is having trouble keeping up with their end of the bargain. This could be a tenant, a renter, or someone you co-signed a loan with. It would be a good idea to ask them how things are doing financially. It's proactive and gives you an opportunity to suggest a payment plan or some other alternative. Part of you winces at the idea of changing any business agreement, but it's a lot better than their defaulting altogether.

If you are willing to tear up the old contract (or scorecard), then cosmic configurations on December 13th and December 19th offer a rare chance to refashion an entirely new agreement—one that's more suitable to who you are now.
