About Aquarius Zodiac Sign
Much of what you’ve read about Aquarius is likely wrong. But if you are one, you know that already. You’re not inherently rebellious, or weird or anything else you get tagged with. In fact, you may just rather do your own thing. If it weren’t for the fact that you’re surrounded by broken stuff. And, if you know there’s a better way, isn’t it your responsibility to point that out and make the world a better place?
Like Mr. Spock, your challenge is being stuck on a ship full of messy, emotional, ego-driven humans. You don’t mind being different; you’re strong enough not to compromise your principles just to get along. But you also are smart enough to know you’ve got to figure out how to get along with the crowd, if you want to create effective change in the world. At least you’ll never be bored!
Aquarius in Relationships
Now, if you’re in a relationship with an Aquarius, keep reminding yourself that the sign is intellectual, abstract and detached. Notice things like “emotional” and “passionate” aren’t on that list? It’s not hard to get one to debate you (especially when you’re clearly wrong), but getting one to be emotionally present and embodied is a different matter. If they’re the type who goes to therapy, you may be in luck. Otherwise, you may discover the sign that’s stereotyped for embracing change, wants nothing of the sort.
For Aquarius, people can be a source of endless fascination, when kept at arm’s length or viewed like pieces on a chessboard. Up close and personal they’re much more of a mystery. Air signs Libra and Gemini are easy — they have interesting things to say, and don’t demand much more from you. Fire signs, Sagittarius, Aries and Leo encourage your missionary zeal, for good or ill. Earth signs Virgo, Taurus and Capricorn can feel too slow or limiting. You’ll appreciate the investigative instincts of Scorpio, but Cancer and Pisces may seem way too emotional for your tastes.
