So what does it mean that Uranus will be retrograding back down into Taurus on November 7th? Will it continue to wreak havoc on our security and stability? Something to keep in mind is that anyone can fire shots into the air and cause a stampede; however herding cattle is an entirely different matter. In other words, how can we move things in a more enlightened direction? Moving fast and breaking things is unsustainable. Any two year old can do that.
