“This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival…
Welcome and entertain them all! Even if they’re a crowd of sorrows…
Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.”
Feeling it? If so, you’re certainly not alone…
Anne Ortelee called this week the “Grand Central Station of Cray-Cray” (a light way of saying a huge hub of crazy!)
She said this because we have so many personal planets “out of bounds” plus the biggie, Saturn stationing retrograde.
The words “Saturn retrograde” may as well be followed by an ominous “dun dun dun”…
BUT remember Saturn is not here to punish you, rather, the lessons are here to teach you.
I often think of Saturn as Yoda or a Zen Master Teacher whose methods can be frustrating and challenging but are always designed to bring you into greater levels of mastery.
In this week’s Horoscope Highlights, Christopher Renstrom reminds us that, “Saturn makes you stronger by introducing obstacles and difficulties in your life.”
Christopher emphasizes that these trials encourage you to pull from your “well of resources” and by limiting your choices and means, you’re pushed to problem solve and create solutions.
Saturn encourages you by testing your conviction and perseverance…
Saturn helps you bring your dreams into reality by making sure they have structure and stability…
Saturn strengthens your commitments by challenging your resolve and dedication…
It may not be the easiest work in the world, but meeting Saturn’s lessons head-on can be an opportunity to up-level your life in a big way.
I’ve mentioned on the podcast that I’m traveling this week and there have definitely been some heavy doses of “Cray-Cray”!
But the most effective strategy I’ve used this week has been HUMOR…
Laughing at some of the ridiculous, annoying, and frustrating hoops we’ve had to jump through just to get back to Hawaii.
My love and I have reminded each other many times that no matter how crazy things seem, no matter how restrictive the Saturnian energy feels, life is happening FOR US…
And it’s happening for you too.
Finally, if you find that you’re a bit more emotional these days, give yourself some grace (this week may feel like a tipping point of emotional energy).
In our first episode of our newest show, Frank Answers, Award-Winning Astrologer Frank Clifford reminds us that we all have emotional bodies, even if we don’t have a stereotypically “watery” or emotional chart configuration.
And as Rumi so beautifully says, remember to welcome all the sorrows, fears, anger, trials, and tears that come to your door as guests…
Because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.
Sending my best,
CEO & Founder
