A pledge is sacrosanct. If you give your word, then you always keep it. It's why you give your word so infrequently. Naturally, if you keep your promises, then you expect others to do the same—as a certain someone who is trying to back out of a sale will learn to his chagrin on November 25th. You won't get bossy or difficult. In fact, you may be rather pleasant as you cheerfully point out the clause or rider that will cost him a pretty penny if he doesn't come through. Let this serve as a reminder to those who mistakenly confuse “nice” with “weak.”
