Your first reaction may be to holler “get off my lawn (or the workplace equivalent) but that would be as effective as a teenager scribbling “No Adults Allowed” on a piece of paper and taping it to their bedroom door. Meet your opponent’s passive-aggressiveness with some passive-aggressiveness of your own. You can speak the jargon just as well as they can – probably even better. Do this, and they’ll move on to easier prey.
