Leos aren't big on conflict. One wouldn't know that because of the way you puff up your chest and roar like a lion when challenged; however, if the other side is committed to escalating tensions, then you'll look for a way to appease them. But not on March 9th. This is when Mars in Aquarius squares Uranus in Taurus. Mars in your opposite sign brings the fight to you no matter where you are, leaving you with no choice but to engage in it. It took a while, but it looks like you'll finally be making the stand that you should have made all along.

Success in business doesn't always result from beating out your competition and dominating the market. It's not all about demographics, target audiences, and algorithms. There is such a thing as the human touch. Yes, you spend a lot of time on Zoom mediating gripes among co-workers, responding to your backlog of unanswered emails, and touching base with clients to make sure everything's OK, but this type of interaction builds community and cooperation. It makes people feel valued – especially during times when they feel taken for granted. You will see how those efforts pay off in loyalty, support, and increased revenue in the weeks ahead.

Moreover, they've become a huge problem that the chain of command doesn't want to acknowledge which means it's up to you to do something about it on March 9th. You don't relish leading the charge for change, but you'll do it if nobody else will.
