Neptune turning retrograde on July 2nd means that the person you set your romantic sights on will be doing some kind of disappearing act over the next 5 months. They may have to travel for work, be called upon to finish unfinished business in a previous relationship, or asked to shoulder a family obligation that requires their full attention. In any case, you will have to wait for them. You're not one to take matters into your own hands unless it's warranted. Taurus tends to support the Powers-that-Be and will go to great lengths to not rock the boat. You prefer it when things run smoothly. However, it looks like what started out as benign neglect has deteriorated into a situation in desperate need of salvaging. Thankfully, the Mars/Saturn sextile on July 5th gives you both the prompt and permission to do what needs to be done to rectify the situation. You may not get the credit you deserve for saving the day, but that's all right as long as things return to normal.

You thought a family situation was behind you, but you're about to discover – like Al Pacino did in Godfather 3 – that just when you thought you were out, they pull you back in again. Neptune is regressive by nature, but it can take on the power of an undertow when it turns retrograde on July 2nd and starts traveling backward in the sky. The rule of thumb when you're caught in a riptide is to stop struggling or you'll sink.
