You may even take up Doom scrolling again. Neptune retrograde in Pisces can feel self-sabotaging, but it doesn't have to be mostly because Neptune retrogrades are more regressive than destructive, which is why you need to treat it like a swimmer who's found themselves caught in an undertow. Your first reaction may be to struggle but don't because you'll only be pulled down deeper. What you want to do is relax, center yourself, and breathe. The panic will pass and you'll soon come bobbing back up to the surface again.
