SOLAR ECLIPSE IN ARIES | Weekly Horoscope | March 24th- March 30th 2025
The Solar Eclipse in Aries on March 29th marks the end of the Aries/Libra Eclipse cycle that has dominated the skies for the past two years. This will come as a great relief for those tired of the wild pendulum swings between war and peace; harmony and cacophony, but we are still not out of the woods. Aries is the zodiac sign of the rugged individualist. Aries people donβt rely on others but rather look to themselves when the going gets tough. This makes them scrappy and brusque, but what they lack in politesse they make up for in heroism. If the Eclipses have taught us anything, itβs that each of us has a responsibility to transmute the Mars energy into something higher. Either we can bully and laugh at othersβ misfortune or we can draw upon Marsβs ennobling energies to stand tall and safeguard those who cannot safeguard themselves. Where others run from catastrophe, those born under Aries run toward it seeing what they can do to help. Itβs one of the great gifts of the sign and something that can inspire us all now.

You won’t be pleased to discover that a deadline is a lot sooner than you thought. In fact it’s so imminent that you’re uncertain you can meet it. These target dates often catch Pisces people unawares. That’s because you’re used to undersea time which doesn’t work the same as dry land time. There life moves according to the ebb and flow of the tides and not this thing people call “real time”. Nevertheless you’re up to the challenge and should really push yourself to get the project, assignment, or endeavor done. Not only will you deliver as expected β you may have extra time to spare.

You were born under a fixed sign. The fixed signs β which are Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius β are famous for being as stubborn as the day is long. Believe it or not this will serve you quite well in the days ahead when you will be pressured into changing a course of action. People will weigh in with all kinds of opinions and judgments and you really must stick to your guns no matter how well meaning their advice (or withering their criticism) will be. The truth is that you really do know what’s best and you need to be brave and unwavering now.

You are meant for better things, but are you able to recognize better things when they appear? Capricorns are famous for having exacting standards. Itβs what makes people born under your sign so dissatisfied and driven. Yet the problem with high expectations is that theyβll always be based on whatβs been left undone β no matter how extraordinary the accomplishment. Every masterpiece contains a defect, but instead of celebrating the masterpiece, you tend to focus on the defect. On March 23d you will receive an amazing offer. It wonβt be what you expect, but hopefully youβll have the presence of mind to recognize that itβs better.

Somebody once said that a prophet is recognized everywhere but in his own land and the same could hold true for the way that your creative success in other quarters fails to translate to appreciation at home. Itβs hard to tell whether your spouse just doesnβt get it, your siblings feel too competitive, or your in-laws simply donβt care. In any case it looks like youβre in for another letdown this week when the Sun passes beneath the rays of Neptune. Perhaps the message here is to stop revisiting a well that ran dry a long time ago. An expectation removed is a disappointment annulled.

The annual Sun/Neptune conjunction always makes you nervous. It’s kind of like how ancient civilizations used to forgive debts or free prisoners once every seven years. This impulse towards clemency floods your horoscope and makes you do something that you wouldn’t normally do. This year you might try embracing it instead of resisting it. Yes, part of you feels like you’re letting culprits off the hook, however another part of you recognizes that people don’t become better people if you don’t get give them a second chance. It’s good to remember that everything born into Time comes with an expiration date β and that includes grudges.

For weeks you hoped a certain relationship or association would turn around in your favor. You manufactured excuses, stitched together rationales, and even tried to explain to the other party why you thought they were keeping you hanging like this. Thankfully that Sun/Pluto sextile on March 23d shows that you just can’t do this anymore. There comes a time to wrap things up and move on and that time is now. You may very well be the best thing to happen to this person, but this person is clearly not the best thing to happen to you β and thank heavens you’re finally waking up to that.

Once again nobody’s around when you need them. Loved ones are absentee, friends don’t text back, and colleagues have disappeared into the woodwork. Is it any wonder you don’t rely on anyone but yourself? No Virgo fares well when the Sun is in their opposite sign of Pisces. It brings out people’s disappearing tendencies which triggers all of your abandonment anxieties and then the whole thing becomes a vicious circle. Try to remember that this is a more a seasonal thing than a personal crisis β kind of like the way Paris empties out in August. After the 24th you’ll see everyone pop back up again.

It may feel like you’ve lost your way when the Sun, your ruler, conjoins Neptune on March 19th. A natural energy depressant, you’ll experience a lack clarity and conviction as long as you are under its spell. Neptune’s watery influence makes us languid, directionless, and susceptible. This is when you’re most likely to sign off on something you shouldn’t. Thankfully the Sun sextiles Pluto on March 23d which will certainly rouse you from your stupor. Not only will you regain your solar consciousness in the nick of time, but it looks like you’ll be able to rescue a situation that was teetering on the brink.
