Sounds like an interesting week, doesn’t it? Monday & Tuesday the energy is primed to move mountains, if not get to the bottom of things. Midweek, honor the Moon’s darkest point by reflecting on what you’ve uncovered—inner work is your friend! Thursday, Saturn & Neptune, for the first of 3 times this year, asks “what’s real?” The vibe of the weekend is, well, stirring. Use the energy to motivate not aggravate. If you find yourself considering what needs to end so a quest can begin—take the time to give an honest answer. Sunday the storm clouds might fade … tune in to find out why, along with some excellent tips on how to make the most of this week’s energies.

Wednesday we’re diving into the darkest part of the Moon’s monthly cycle. You know, there’s movement, but it’s sub rosa “under the rose.” A word that means in secret places. The Dark Moon is an undulation of those deep places of mind and heart. It’s a time to work with what we don’t usually bring the light of consciousness. When we work with the Moon, we soon realized that we spend one-quarter of our life in that darkness. Can you imagine how different our lives would be if we could honor that darkness as being a part of who we are?

When I’m triggered emotionally when I feel fear, anger, rejection, whatever – instead of instinctually responding we can choose something different at that moment, it doesn’t even matter if the thing we choose is the right thing. The fact that it’s different is already unraveling a pattern. This, to me, is some of the hardest work. One of the themes that came up in the 2019 Forecast Event was we’re being called upon to step into our alchemists and to sit with the swirling triggered emotions that are in the body that feel so overwhelming at the moment.
