This Week’s Luminary is Christopher Renstrom

Beyond the Great Conjunction of Jupiter, Pluto, and Saturn, there’s an overall regime change in the heavens—we’re moving from earth to air.

In this episode, we’re talking about all things 2020 with Astrologer Christopher Renstrom. You’ll find out what that means for every single aspect of your life and society, from the law, tech, economics, politics, and more personal themes like identity.
(If you ever wondered if AI should or shouldn’t have rights like a human, this episode is definitely for you.)

We also discuss…

  • Why the planets we often think of as malefic, while being malefic, are not bad.
  • Ancient symbols from Christianity and how we can see those in modern astrology.
  • How we are truly moving into the New Age, we’ve all been waiting for and why some are not ready for this movement.

Tune in and soak up Christopher’s unique genius—you’re going to love every second of it!

I can relate to all Chris Renstrom talked about. The way I got my astrology education, besides reading lots of books and taking classes from astrologers, was to do free astrology charts and readings for anyone who was interested. This was in the early 1970’s. Also, I offered free Tarot Card readings. I only wish I could have jumped into some of the venues that he did, so I too, could have put myself out there as a professional astrologer. Karma and life got in my way. Every once in a while, I do both astrology and Tarot card readings for money or trade, and still have not made a career out of it.

I love this. Thank you Amanda and Christopher.

Great interview and advice, esp. on charging for readings. I could have used it when I started doing tarot card readings many years ago.

I’d forgotten all about that Jupiter/Saturn conjunction every 20 years. It was Reagan who broke the mold in the 80s by surviving an assassination attempt. On a positive note, my daughter was born in 1980 with that Jupiter/Saturn conjunction in Virgo at the midheaven. She’s a registered nurse.

Looking forward to listening to more podcasts as I hum “This is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius ….”

P.S. In your 2020 Astrology Guide (pg. 18), you talk about the Jupiter/Saturn conjunction being in the first “deacon” of Aquarius. The correct word is “decan,” from the Latin “decanus,” meaning “chief of ten.”

Thank you for doing this podcast and all the other things on Astrology Hub. You don’t hear from me a lot, but I am listening to practically everything you put out and I am an IC member pretty much from the beginning.
Listening to this podcast my heart jumped up a bit, since Christopher Renstrom seems almost a friend coming to visit and I am already looking forward to Anne Ortelee too. I find her so funny and wise. Listen to her weekly weather every week since I got to know her through Astrology Hub. Thanks again for being there and broadening my view on Astrology . ❤️

Hi Amanda, thanks for this interview with Christopher. His focus on the JS shift from earth to air in 2020 explains a major cusp point of the new age. This is a topic I have studied in some depth, in terms of the astronomical and climatological foundations of the precession, as discussed in my paper The Precessional Structure of Time, which presents the Jupiter-Saturn-Neptune cycle as the primary factor in the zodiac age structure.
