🪐Saturn in Aries = Your Mr. Miyagi Moment

My 13-year-old daughter Sophia and I are on a Karate Kid kick (pun intended 😉).

Remember that 1984 classic? I’m amazed at how it still holds up! Timeless wisdom, deep lessons, and of course… Mr. Miyagi.

At first glance, he seems like just a humble bonsai-loving handyman. But for Daniel, the frustrated teen eager to learn karate, he becomes the ultimate guide.

Instead of delivering flashy kicks and fighting tips, Mr. Miyagi has Daniel wax cars, paint fences, and hammer nails. Daniel’s confused, annoyed, and on the verge of quitting…

Until one day, it all clicks.

Every repetitive movement, every seemingly pointless chore… was a lesson in disguise.

He had been building strength, focus, and form the entire time.

And that, my friend, is exactly the kind of training Saturn in Aries is inviting us into.

This week, Saturn moves into 0° of Aries, and it’ll be in Aries for the next few years. (With a dip back into Pisces from September of 2025 – February 2026)

In our latest podcast episode, master astrologer Christopher Renstrom unpacks what this bold transit means for every sign—and for the collective moment we’re stepping into.

And this transit (along with the dance Saturn is doing with Neptune around this 0 Aries point as well) is so important that we also have Divine Harmony covering it in another episode that will be released on Wednesday.

Two powerful episodes for you on this important transit!

In a nutshell? Let’s just say… Saturn in Aries isn’t here to hand out trophies.

It’s here to make sure you earn them.

It’s not punishing. It’s preparing.

Saturn slows you down, strips away illusions, and asks:

“Are you ready to do this for real?”

Just like Daniel, you may not be seeing how the dots connect at first.

But the effort you put in now—the patience, the practice, the persistence—will become the very tools you’ll use to rise.

Can you trust the process?

Christopher’s episode is full of myth, metaphor, and insight. One of my favorite takeaways (which also reminds me of Mr. Miyahi’s Bonsai mastery!):

“Saturn is the planet of pruning. It’s the part of life that says: ‘This branch must go so the tree can survive.’”

We’re not here to perform for others or chase validation.

We’re here to build something real and lasting.

So if you’ve been asking:

“Am I really up to this challenge?”

Saturn in Aries says:

You are.

Your inner warrior is in training… and Saturn is your Sensei.

Enjoy the content this week and let it remind you to find mastery in the mundane, patience in the process, and strength in the steps you take, one day at a time.

All my best now and always,
Amanda
