It's been hell trying to get everyone on the same page. Changing direction and uncertain circumstances have put people on edge. How can you lead with any sort of confidence when you don't really know what you're getting into? Thankfully, Venus comes out of retrograde in Libra on November 13th. This won't settle matters outright, but it will clear up channels of communication, introduce a more collaborative effort, and reinstate that sense of solidarity that's been missing for weeks. Your greatest resources have always been your human resources, and Venus back online means everyone will be clear-eyed and working for the greater good again.
