Creating that environment is a shared responsibility. It includes thoughtfully selecting the educators we partner with, listening to concerns raised by our community, and responding to those concerns in a fair, consistent, and measured way.

We partner with educators from a wide range of astrological traditions, backgrounds, and perspectives. We expect all teachers to engage professionally and respectfully with Astrology Hub team members, students, and community participants.

When selecting and reviewing educators, Astrology Hub may consider factors including:

  • Professional expertise and experience
  • Alignment with our mission and values
  • Conduct within Astrology Hub programs
  • Respectful engagement with our community
  • Participant feedback and nominations

Teacher partnerships are reviewed over time and may change as circumstances evolve.

We prioritize partnerships that are rooted in authenticity, mutual benefit, and a genuine desire to uplift our global community.

RESPONDING TO CONCERNS

Astrology Hub takes reports of misconduct seriously.

When concerns arise, we review the available information and evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, we may consider:

  • Whether the reported conduct occurred within an Astrology Hub program
  • The nature and seriousness of the concern
  • Available context and supporting information
  • Relevant legal or institutional findings
  • Whether there may be an ongoing risk to our community
  • Whether continued partnership aligns with our values and responsibilities

Astrology Hub is not an investigative or judicial body and does not make public determinations regarding an individual’s guilt or innocence. Our responsibility is to determine whether a teacher partnership remains appropriate for Astrology Hub and our community.

POSSIBLE ACTIONS

Depending on the circumstances, Astrology Hub may:

  • Continue the partnership
  • Seek additional information
  • Pause or postpone future collaborations
  • End the partnership
  • Take other appropriate action

No single factor automatically determines an outcome. Decisions are made individually, with consideration for community well-being, fairness, available information, and organizational values.

Astrology Hub reserves the right to establish, pause, or discontinue any teacher partnership at its discretion.
