Welcome to the
ARIES HOROSCOPES
Someone’s got to go first. And the role often falls to trailblazing Aries. When there’s no beaten path, it takes all of Aries's strength and courage to cut through “the way things have always been” to “where no one has gone before.” From cutting the Panama Canal through a continent to reinventing yourself, Aries knows how to get it done. But, a single-minded vision has a few drawbacks. Aries is perhaps the least concerned with relationships out of all the signs. Romance, sexual heat, sure. Competition to win their lover’s heart, no problem. But once they’ve conquered, their sights move on to the next unknown. They need a steady diet of new challenges to feel fulfilled.
YOUR YEAR AHEAD HOROSCOPES
Pisces Weekly Horoscope | October 19th – October 25th
Mercury, planet of sales and communications, turns retrograde in the zodiac sign of Scorpio on October 24th. It’s never advisable to buy, sell, or speculate while this planet is moving backwards in the sky. That’s because Mercury goes from being the planet of shopkeepers to being the planet of shoplifters during this time. The retrograde lasts until November 13th, so avoid making any big purchases, promises, and pledges if you can. If already engaged in a business transaction, then add two weeks to your expected deadline. This will help you to deal with any unforeseen delays or last-minute wrinkles that are bound to arise.
Aquarius Weekly Horoscope | October 19th – October 25th
A disagreement you thought had been resolved amicably comes undone when retrograde Venus squares Pluto on October 20th. Either the person you were dealing with had a change of heart or there is an additional party who is now coming forward with fresh demands. The good thing about Pluto in your sign is that you have already prevailed. Pluto rules Venus in Scorpio, thereby giving it the final say. The not-so-good thing about Pluto in Aquarius is that it won't stop other parties from trying to get their way anyway. Thankfully, this all gets sorted out when Venus reenters Libra on October 25th.
Capricorn Weekly Horoscope | October 19th – October 25th
It's clear that something's up with your friendships and associations because the tension is palpable. Capricorns often don't concern themselves with such things. Professional relationships run smoothly because you get the job done and friends know better than to try to compete with your work priorities. Yet if Venus retrograde in Scorpio has done anything, it's revealed that the people in your day-to-day life need more than what you're giving. When's the last time you got together with associates outside of work or did something according to a friend's schedule instead of yours? Like plants that require watering, relationships need tending or else they shrivel.
YOUR MONTHLY HOROSCOPES
Taurus Weekly Horoscope | October 7th – October 13th 2024
Things can change without you noticing it. It happens when the faster-moving planets steal focus from the slower-moving ones. Right now, you're trying to figure out your next move at work. You may be fretting over how to broach a sensitive topic with a co-worker or researching what you need to do to apply for a position you want. Check in with a supervisor to see if this is all still pertinent. Pluto coming out of retrograde this week indicates that a major player may have just left, or the need to go through these elaborate motions has been rendered null and void.
JUPITER RETROGRADE | Weekly Horoscope | October 7th – October 13th 2024
Jupiter, the planet of good fortune and higher purpose, turns retrograde on October 9th. Like Saturn, Jupiter is a planet of tests. But instead of withholding things from you, Jupiter usually piles on the good stuff – like a budding romance, an uptick in finances, or a bushel of golden opportunities – before pulling the plug. Retrogrades signal a planet's about-face. The planet changes direction and either undoes all the good work it's done or shows us a side of itself that doesn't jibe with what we saw before. It's understandable that you might feel duped and even angry, but there is a higher purpose to Jupiter's backward motion, and that's for you to grow. We don't grow if things come easy. That's why prosperity makes us forgetful. We only grow if we're inspired to. Now you're free to go back the way you came. There's nothing saying you can't stay inside your comfort zone, but if you're willing to take a running leap of faith, you might like where you land on February 4th.
Sagittarius Weekly Horoscope | October 7th – October 13th 2024
Born under a zodiac sign that’s half human and half horse, it makes perfect sense that you would have a carrot-or-the-stick relationship to life. Either life dangles inviting opportunities in front of you (opportunities that often appear to be beyond reach), or you get whacked on the backside by demanding circumstances that drive you forward no matter what you do. It’s hard to think straight when you can’t tell the difference between the push and the pull. Nevertheless, Ruling Planet Jupiter retrograde for the next four months will help you to clarify your priorities and put them in the proper order.
