✨ “A true vision doesn’t just inspire – it moves the souls of others.” – Christopher Renstrom
Transcript:
Speaker 7: ~ ~[00:00:00] Hello, my name is Christopher Renstrom and I'm your weekly horoscope columnist here on Astrology Hub. And this time I wanted to talk to you about Neptune reentering the Zodiac sign of Aries on January 26th. Neptune will be in Aries until 2038, so that means Neptune will be in the Zodiac sign for the next 12 years.
Now, let's go ahead and talk about Neptune.
What is Neptune
—
Speaker 7: What is Neptune?~ Neptune is a modern planet. The reason why we call Neptune a modern planet is because it's one of the three planets that were discovered after 17.~
Neptune is a modern planet. And the reason why we call Neptune a modern planet is because it was one of the three planets discovered after 1781. In 1781, Uranus was discovered. Uranus was the first modern planet, the planet of revolution and change. And in 1846, Neptune was discovered. Neptune is the planet of illusion and disillusionment.
And then in 1930, Pluto [00:01:00] was discovered, and Pluto is the planet of ordeals and the transformations that arise from them. So this is why they're called the modern planets. They're discovered in the modern age. Before the modern age, we had the traditional planets in astrology, and those were the planets that were known pretty much at the beginning of astrology.
And those planets were the sun, the moon, mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn.
Power of Modern Planets
—
Speaker 7: Now, the modern planets are said to be very powerful indeed. In some regards, they're regarded as even more powerful as the traditional planets. And the reason why they're regarded as being more powerful is because the modern planets spend the longest time in an astrological sign.
~When you remember that the sun goes through all 12 signs in a year, uh, that's faster. When you remember that the sun goes through all Zodiac, when you remember. ~
Speaker 8: ~Hmm. ~
Speaker 7: ~When you remember. Yeah. Be nice if we remembered ~when you remembered that the sun goes through all 12 Zodiac signs in one year. ~Basically, it spends one month in a year.~
~Then when we look at the modern planets, which are further out in space than even Saturn, and then when we look at the modern planets, which are even further out, ~and then when we look at the modern planets, which are planets that are further out in space away from the sun than even Saturn, then we [00:02:00] see that the modern planets spend even a longer time traveling through just one Zodiac sign.
Uranus will spend seven years in one Zodiac sign. Neptune will spend anywhere from 13 to 14 years in one Zodiac sign, and Pluto. Pluto, because of its elliptical orbit, can spend anywhere from 12 to 32 years in just one zodiac sign.
Neptune and Infatuation
—
Speaker 7: Now, when I say that Neptune is the planet of illusion and disillusionment, I also wanna include with that idea that Neptune is the planet of vision.
So when we say it's. Illusion. Well, I think the best word to ~sort of ~use to describe the illusory qualities of Neptune is the idea of infatuation. Let's say we fall in love with someone. We are said to be infatuated with that person. We see nothing but the most beautiful [00:03:00] things about this person. This person has an effervescence.
They move our heart. They stir our soul. They're someone that we might regard as even being a soulmate. They're so beautiful. They're so special. They're so. Larger than life. Better than life. ~They, they, ~they live in a whole different spiritual plane. There's an exaltation to our beloved. When we are infatuated with someone, we feel this longing.
We feel this yearning to want to be close to that person. And then when we're away from that person, we feel miserable or anxious or full of insecurity and, and maybe we. Always checking our iPhone for texts or messages or something like that in hopes that this person will call us back. Okay? So that can be an infatuation.
Now, loved ones and friends can laugh at us during a period of time like this, and sometimes they even do, and they're just going to say things like, you're [00:04:00] so head over heels and love. This person, and you're telling yourself stories about this person, how do you know that this person feels the same way about you?
You know? And your response might be like, I just know. I just know. I just know that this person feels the same way about me. And don't say awful things about them. They're a wonderful person. ~They're, ~they're so much better than you and me and oh, humanity. So, you know, this is this idea of an exalted feeling, but also an illusion.
We, we, we pin our hopes on something. We, we pin our wishes, our hopes, our dreams on something,~ on the, ~on the hopes that this person will call us back. Or maybe it's an infatuation about a career or a path that we're taking in life, or the way that the world should really be, ~you know? And, and,~ and we just see it in these, basically what used to be called through rose colored glasses.
Okay? So we're full of hope and we're full of yearning. And we're full of longing. And sometimes we can maybe even sound a little bit silly.
Neptune and Dreams
—
Speaker 7: [00:05:00] Now, that's one level that Neptune will work. Alright? Another level that Neptune works is on dreams. Now, these aren't dreams like a dream that you have at night, okay?
~Um,~ it's not, you know, something that like, oh, I dreamed about this last night and I'm gonna write about it in my dream journal and try to interpret it. It's not that kind of a dream. The sort of dream that Neptune rules over is. A vision. All right. The vision of something better. Now, one might ask right away, well, how is a vision different from an illusion ~or, or,~ or a fantasy?
The difference between a vision and an illusion or a fantasy ~is,~ is honestly, there's a kind of mystical quality to it. ~You,~ you have this vision of the way things can be, and you devote yourself to that vision of the way things can be. It's almost like something that's [00:06:00] calling out to you and that leading you out into the world.
Now, obviously, there are going to be questions like, is this a mirage or, or am I under the spell ~of,~ of this, ~um,~ hopeful thinking, ~this,~ this wishful thinking. But there's something about the vision that calls and pulls, and that strengthens you as you move forward to pursue it or even to realize it, you know, that the pursuit of this vision is making you a better person.
So a big difference between that and maybe perhaps an infatuation is that you're not feeling that kind of like longing and yearning and hoping, and I don't know if this will ever work out. The vision comes into you, it fills you, it strengthens you, it emboldens you, and you can see it and it becomes like your calling might be a better way of putting it.
~Um, I think an example that I can use with you, uh,~
Martin Luther King Jr. “I Had a Dream”
—
Speaker 7: an example that I like to use when describing. Vision or a [00:07:00] dream is the, ~um,~ I've got a dream speech that Martin Luther King Jr. Made on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in 1963. Now getting everyone to, ~uh,~ March for Civil Rights okay, ~was,~ was a big deal and an enormous challenge and very heroic.
~Uh,~ not only was it a challenge in terms of organizing people and appealing to people, but it was a challenge because of the threats and the violence that were also involved. So here, this mix of people show up, there's African Americans, there are, ~uh,~ white people, people from all ethnicities. They show up to hear Martin Luther King Jr.
Speak on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, sort of like a modern day. Moses ~and,~ and Martin Luther King Jr. Has prepared notes. And, um, these notes were, you know, going to be thanking different agencies and different people and listing out ~maybe to do a list of,~ uh, to do activities, action [00:08:00] steps, okay? ~Of things you can do, um, of, of, of, you know,~ what's important about civil rights.
And it was a bit dry and it was a bit, ~um,~ not interesting. So Martin Luther King Jr. Gets up there and he starts his remarks, but then he hits this phrase. I have a dream. All right. And, ~uh,~ at that moment, Mahalia Jackson, who's like one of the most amazing gospel singers like ever. Okay. ~And,~ and Mahalia Jackson is standing right behind him and she's like, what's that dream Martin, tell us about your dream.
And he's like, I have a dream. And she's like, mm-hmm. And he's like, I have a dream. And, and at that moment, he. Is transported at that moment. He is speaking from a higher place ~about his dream, ~about his dream of the future of America, about his dream of his people. The notes are completely forgotten as he is taken up [00:09:00] in the spirit of this vision, you know, with people behind him saying, tell us more.
~What, ~what, what do you see? What is your dream, Martin? ~And, ~and that's where the preacher came in. But it was more than the preacher. It was almost an other worldly spirit that was very worldly and inhabiting the being of Martin Luther King Jr. And he, in that moment, he's so charismatic and so prophetic and so moving, which is also a very Neptune thing.
When Neptune is very powerful or coursing through you, it affects the souls of the people around you, the unconscious of the people around you. ~They're, it,~ it's not like charisma where you're special and it's a rock concert and people, no, it's, ~it,~ it moves the souls, it, it brings people together and they, they, they move towards and they can see that dream too.
They can see that vision too. And that's what [00:10:00] this experience was and that experience, that speech was so. Momentous and transcendental and so transfiguring that it's one of the great speeches that has ever been made in the history of the United States of America. And even when you hear him give that you, you can't help but be moved profoundly by it.
And so this is the beauty of Neptune. ~The,~ the beauty of a vision, ~the,~ the ability to transmit or communicate that vision. It might be in words, it might be in music, ~uh,~ it might be in mathematical formulas. ~Um,~ anything that is symbolic. And yes, things like musical notes and mathematical formulas, numbers are symbolic.
Anything that's symbolic and works almost like an access code into the unconscious and into the soul. [00:11:00] So here, Neptune will glamorize it will mythologize, it will make. Transcendent it will be transfiguring, but Neptune can also be illusory like a mirage. ~Um, it can, ~it can lead us, ~uh,~ with a fantasy. We can be under a hypnotic spell.
Those are the qualities of Neptune as well, which is why it's often described as the planet of illusion and disillusionment. We're under the belief of something. There's disappointment. And then following that disappointment, there is that belief again. You know, there's something about the belief and the disappointment that takes things to a whole different inexplicable level of inspiration.
So, so this is what Neptune can be about. Now, when Neptune is traveling through a Zodiac sign, it doesn't stop being [00:12:00] Neptune. but it does take on the qualities of that sign. Okay? So that sort of pathologization, that glamorization, that inspiration takes on the qualities or the elements of Aries.
Qualities of Aries
—
Speaker 7: Okay, so what do we know about Aries?
It's a fire sign. So it's going to be more spirited than soulful. ~Um,~ in other words,~ uh,~ fire signs by being more spirited, are more enthusiastic. They're more,~ um, uh, ~excitable. They're more passionate. ~Uh,~ they're more,~ uh,~ taken by the spirit, and they can be very restless, and they can be very expressive and very dramatic and very loud and, and very, like, we have to act on this.
~Okay? So it,~ so it's different from a more soulful approach, which can be more contemplative, perhaps more quiet, more retreating from the world. ~Um, ~a spirited approach sort of comes into you and infuses you with an enthusiasm, you know, where you have to like, ~you know, ~[00:13:00] share the good news or you have to talk about your experience.
~And, and, and, and,~ and this is the difference between a spirited experience of fire and ~like~ a watery or more soulful,~ um,~ experience, which might be experienced,~ uh,~ more in the zodiac signs of cancer, scorpion Pisces. What you also get,~ um,~ with Aries,~ uh,~ is that it being a fire sign. Fire signs are very much about me, all right?
And they're very much about being an individual. All right? So. The fire signs, which are Aries, Leon, Sagittarius, ~um,~ often are criticized for being a egotistical or narcissistic and all these sorts of, you know, names that we throw onto them. But what it is, is that the element of fire, the fire signs, there is no element.
Water doesn't do this. Earth doesn't do this, air doesn't do this. There's no element that places such a powerful,~ uh,~ emphasis and high value on individuality and on [00:14:00] making a personal difference. So, so this idea of being an individual, being who I am, and when I am who I am, you get to be who you are. So, so the fire signs aren't just like I have to be me, get outta my way.
The fire signs like. I have to be me. The spark has roared into a flame, and I'm going to show you how you could be you too, where the spark will roar into a flame. ~So, and,~ and when the spark rolls into a flame with fire, they see things. There's, there's courage,~ there's, there's, ~there's a sense of empowerment that's very, very strong.
It's ~very, ~very powerful. And so what the qualities of Aries are going to be, that individualism, that making a difference. It's going to be an independence in terms of beliefs and actions, which are also going to be very important. There's going to be an, I come first, ~uh,~ not because I'm better than you, but I come first because [00:15:00] Aries is driven by an urgency.
Aries is driven by an urgency to be out in front, to lead the way and to act in the moment. ~Uh, ~actions that are taken in a moment of. Urgency or when you're feeling that fiery energy, these are things that are seen as good actions and that when you have Neptune infusing the sign, ~these are seen, ~these are seen as being like sacred actions or holy actions or, ~or you know, you know, ~heroic actions.
~All right, so,~
Mars and Masculinity
—
Speaker 7: so then we get to the last component here of understanding and Neptune ~in, in,~ in Aries. ~Um, ~and that is by a quick little look at the ruling planet of Aries, which is Mars. Now Mars is named after the Roman God of war. And so, you know, one would think like, oh goodness,~ uh,~ Neptune moving into areas.
Is it gonna turn everyone into Warhawks? You know, is it gonna make, um, everyone, you know, wanna fight wars and battles and things like that? And,~ um,~ that could be the case. We've certainly seen a lot of [00:16:00] that in the past year. ~Um,~ when I say Neptune is reentering Aries on January 26th, that's because it's already ~sort of ~dipped its toe into the pool of Aries.
Did that last year when it entered Aries,~ uh, I believe~ at the end of May, and then it retrograded out of Aries in the fall. ~Um, you can have that glamorization of war or,~
~well, we got pretty far without the first hack.~
You can have that glamorization of war or being a soldier or soldierly or, or being heroic,~ um,~ of going into battle of fighting the good fight, the things that you believe in, the things that are important to make the world a better place. And so, ~um, because Mars is a planet that's very much tied up with masculinity.~
Because Mars is very much a planet that's tied up with men and masculinity. That doesn't mean that Mars is the exclusive province of men. Women have Mars as well. You know, it's just as powerful in their chart. ~Um, and, ~and, and their persona as it's going to be in a man's. ~Um, ~but what can happen here is that there can be em, pathologization of what is masculine, a pathologization of what is [00:17:00] manly.
~And just to sort of share, okay,~
Myth of the American Cowboy
—
Speaker 7: let's take an example,~ um, um, ~from United States of America, okay? What's one of the great myths of masculinity in the United States of America? It would be the cowboy, you know, the cowboy ~on the on,~ on the planes who fights the Indians and who is a rule unto himself because,~ um,~ there's no,~ uh, uh,~ justice or municipality nearby.
So, so cowboys make their own rules and they're very individualistic and they find themselves in different predicaments and quandaries, and you can have good cowboys and bad cowboys. And they do things like, ~you know, uh.~ Take their guns and, you know, shoot people or people shoot back at them, you know, they fight duals ~or, or something like that.~
Or they're gun slingers ~and you know, so, ~so they're really kind of hard bitten and maybe, you know, two in tobacco, you know, and they're like, you know, why are you back here, Hank, you know, so there's that kind of like rugged individualism and no one tells me what to do, and I'm a lawn to myself and, ~and, and, ~and maybe I'm a bad cowboy.
I steal people's cattle. Or maybe I'm a good [00:18:00] cowboy who's standing up at high noon against someone who's a better shot than me. But, you know, someone's gotta be the sheriff in this town and I'm gonna stand there and face off with this person. ~So,~ so these could be like ideas of like a Neptune in Aries, you know, this kind of individualism ~and,~ and rules and laws are weak and feeble and they don't apply to me because, you know, the west is wild ~and,~ and we have to make our own way.
~And,~ and we're surrounded by all these hostile forces and, and things along those lines. And, and maybe I want to get back to lolly at the saloon, you know, or something like that and have a whiskey. ~So,~ so there's a kind of rugged, as I said, masculinity to, to this cowboy myth. But there's also acting in the background.
~Um. This, ~this push to be a better person, this call to be a better person. You know, you don't wanna just be the rugged cow, Russell and Cowboy. You want to be the sheriff who, ~you know,~ stands there, ~you know,~ at high noon and, and stares down the opponent. You know that, [00:19:00] that kind of a hero.
King Arthur
—
Speaker 7: And this has its roots.
~Um, ~really believe it or not, ~um,~ this really has its roots in the Knights of the round table. Okay? So we're going all the way back in time here to King Arthur. All right? And King Arthur is very much an Aries type of figure and very much a Neptune in Aries type of figure. 'cause there's a mystical quality to King Arthur.
Not only is he legendary and a figure of myth, yet people say there was a King Arthur. So we go back and forth trying to figure out whether there was a King Arthur or not. ~Um, but, ~but there's a glamor, there's a myth. There's Camelot. Which was so mythologized that when John F. Kennedy was assassinated, ~uh,~ his widow, Jacqueline Kennedy called that reign of Kennedy in the White House as being the age of Camelot, ~you know,~ where good things were done and justice ~was, uh,~ was enacted.
Alright. There was a call to be a better [00:20:00] person. John F. Kennedy even calls to the youth ~of his, of, of, ~of the generation, the, the youth of the time in his inaugural address. By having them become ambassadors of goodwill and going out and doing good deeds and ~in,~ in other countries, you know, and helping other people.
America was seen as a country that was going to go out and help other people to better themselves through democracy and through good works. ~So,~ so that Camelot and King Arthur ruled over Camelot, that vision of Utopian kingdom where good things are happening. That was a vision one that Jacqueline Kennedy could invoke ~when, ~when speaking about her fallen husband.
So, king Arthur starts out as a. Boy. ~Um,~ he's actually a page to his older brother ~and, um, and, ~and his older brother's playing in some sort of tournament or something along those lines. ~And,~ and Arthur, who, you know, is his page had forgotten his sword,~ uh,~ to his brother's sword. And his brother's like, how am I gonna fight, fight this tournament?
[00:21:00] I, if I don't have a sword, where is it? You know? And Arthur's like, I think I left it back at the stable or something like that. So, so he goes running to find the sword,~ um,~ and he sees a sword in a stone~ in the middle, in, ~in the middle square of this ~of ~place. And, ~um,~ he grabs it and pulls it out of the stone rooms back to his brother.
And, ~um,~ his brother,~ you know, ~fights the tournament and things like that. Well, then people begin to notice that,~ um,~ you know, this, the sword in the stone was a sacred thing. ~Um, uh,~ it had been talking about through years, through decades, maybe even a century or two,~ that,~ that, ~um. ~You know, this sword was in a stone and that nobody could pull the sword out of the stone.
The only person who could pull the sword out of the stone would be the rightful king,~ um,~ of a society that was in shambles at this period of time. So the brother wins to tournament or whatever. He is like, nice sword, you know? And people are like,~ um,~ are you sure that's your sword? And he is like, I don't know, like, you know, my page gave it to me.
And Arthur's like, I went and got it from the square. I'm sorry. I'll go and put it back. And so he goes back and people have [00:22:00] gathered around the stone and he is like, whoops, sorry. You know, and he goes and he puts the sword back in the stone and everyone's like, oh my God. Like, did, did you just pull that out out of the stone?
He is like, mm-hmm. And they're like, and you just put it back in. They're like, sorry, I just borrowed it. My, my brother was, you know, fighting a tournament and they're like, can you take that out of the stone again? And he is like, sure. You know, he reaches forward and he takes the sword out and that's the moment where everyone like, you know, basically falls to their knees because they realize this is.
They're king. This is their once in future King, king Arthur. So, king Arthur is deified in this moment, or, or he is, ~he's, he's, ~he's taken to a higher level. Well, he is made king, but there's also something very mystical or saintly about him and in his vision, you know, because he's the rightful king and he's now going to bring,~ um,~ glory [00:23:00] and honor to this kingdom, which has been basically in shambles.
He establishes a knights of the round table, you know, there's a round table and Knight sit around it. Sometimes the number is 12, sometimes it's like 134 or something like this. And what he does is that he marshals the forces. You can hear the Mars in this. He marshals the forces around him so that they sit at a round table and,~ um,~ they each have to take an oath to, to him.
All right. Now, Knights~ back in the day, um,~ back in this time, this is actually kind of the origin of a knight. Okay? ~Uh, ~people with swords and spears who enforced laws or plundered villages for their own gang were kind of seen as thugs. They weren't really seen as being particularly noble or a noble lean,~ um,~ that kind of like took whatever they wanted.
They were rapacious, they were,~ you know, you know, uh, uh,~ grabbing women away from their husbands [00:24:00] and riding off with them. And, you know, really being ruffians more than knights. So it's Arthur who gives them a vision of something greater, something better than themselves. ~And, ~and he's able to do this because.
He carries this kind of mythological aura. He carries Excalibur, which is the sword that was pulled from the stone. ~And so ~and so ~people, um, the knights will,~ the knights want to serve him. They see in him,~ um,~ someone who is better than themselves, someone who is the rightful king, and they wanna see ~how, ~where he is gonna go with this.
And what he does is that he creates the kingdom of Camelot. He creates ~this, ~this utopian kingdom ~on, ~on earth. ~And so, um, uh. ~So Arthur handpicks his knights and ignites them with the sword, and he bestows upon them riches and lands. But in exchange for this, they must take certain vows to Arthur. Now, this isn't a vow of Arthur.
I'll do whatever you say,~ um,~ [00:25:00] type of thing. ~Um,~ I will only obey you King Arthur, you know, or, or I will pledge my allegiance to you, the king.~ Mm-hmm. ~ Arthur's code, ~uh,~ which goes on to really become the chivalric code, is made up of a number of different vows. The first one was never to commit outrage or murder.
Okay? So knights were going to be fashioned with swords and with lances and, ~and, and, um,~ weaponry. And so because they were figures of force, they were never to commit outrage or murder. All right? You were to behave in an orderly and noble fashion. The second point was. Always to flee treason. In other words, whenever you felt the temptation to betray or to be treasonous, and this was more than just to betray or be treasonous to Arthur, it was to betray or be treasonous towards a fellow knight or a citizen of your realm.
You were always to flee it. [00:26:00] You were always to reject it to, to turn your back on treason. The third point was to give mercy to those who asked for mercy in battle. So let's say you're battling someone, maybe it's an enemy, maybe it's a, you know, hun, or, or, or it's a barbarian or something like that.~ And let's say.~
~And, ~and let's say maybe that opponent has killed different people or whatever, and, and they're coming after you. And ~you, ~you know, as a knight,~ you,~ you fend them off and they fall to the ground and they begged for mercy. Okay? ~Um, ~in the Iliad, in Greece, ~uh,~ when you begged for mercy, you fell upon your knees and you lifted your hand up to the face of the person who stood above you, and you cried for mercy.
And that was understood. As the person begging for mercy, they've made themselves completely helpless. You don't kill them on the spot. This is the point that Arthur made You give mercy no matter what they've done, okay? You give mercy to anyone who [00:27:00] asks for mercy, and if you don't give mercy ~upon ~you would then sacrifice your honor and your status as a knight of King Arthur forevermore.
So it doesn't matter what this person did and how much harm they had done. If someone begs for mercy, you give mercy. The fourth point, we're all pretty much familiar, which is to always help ladies damsels, gentle women and widows in distress, and never, and he states it explicitly and never to commit rape upon,~ uh,~ pain of death.
So, in other words, by recognizing that men. An armor with swords and with javelins and spears are much more powerful than a woman who's not an armor and isn't outfitted with these things. ~Um, ~you always help a woman in distress who is in need. You don't,~ um,~ [00:28:00] say to her, you know, I helped you and now I want a little something for it.
You know, you don't do that. You help. Okay? And, and that's ~what you, ~what you do. The next point was to always protect the weak and defenseless. Okay? ~So, and, ~and back in the day, peasants were basically. The weakest and the most defenseless that you could get. Serfs, they were called SERF. ~Um, ~not, you know, uh, hang 10 surf it.
It was a serf serfdom to, they were always obedient. They lived off the land of the landlord who was usually a knight. And so you didn't abuse them, you didn't exploit them. You protected the weak and the defense lifts if someone,~ um,~ was being bullied by someone else, you know, ~um, ~you didn't stand there and go, ha, yeah, you know, kick 'em again.
Okay? You came to the person's rescue, you protected that weak or defenseless person. They were your charge. They're part of Camelot. And even if they weren't part of [00:29:00] Camelot, you still did it. That's why Camelot was this utopian vision of what the world could be. ~And finally, Arthur commanded that no man should take up in battle.~
~Um, and ~and finally, Arthur commanded that no man should take up a battle in a wrongful quarrel, not for love. Not for any worldly goods. And he meant by this was you didn't go to battle because someone insulted your wife. Okay? Or you were battling over someone that you loved. You didn't do that, okay? And you also didn't do it for any worldly goods.
IEA mercenary. You didn't do it for pay, you didn't do it for money. So all of the knights of the round table, both young and old knights, swore to uphold this oath. And every year at the high feast of the Pentecost, they returned to Camelot to renew their oath. So knights, in the time of Arthur, go on quests, ~you know, uh, ~maybe they rescue people, maybe they go looking for,~ um,~ a [00:30:00] holy grail.
But they go on these quests and they face dilemmas in their adventures. And you might know some of their names, Gwyn, Lancelot, Tristan, and Parsifal. The quests of the knights mirrored the quests that we go on in our own lives and the dilemmas and the predicaments we face. So when I'm talking about Neptune in Aries, for each one of the Zodiac signs, there's going to be that sort of element of the quest of the search, and then the idea of the dilemma ~or the, ~or the predicament that you face.
~For instance, let's take Aries. Let's say you're born under Aries or you have Aries rising.~ Now what I'm going to share with you are ideas. They're not predictions, and the reason they're not a prediction is because Neptune's going to be an Aries for 12 years. You know?~ You know? Um, and, ~and I can't really sort of like take out a scroll and give you, you know, Neptune and areas and how it's going to affect you for the next 12 years.
~So what I thought I would do today is share with you themes and ideas, okay? That may come up or may unfold over the next 12 years that Aries is in the zodiac sign of, of. ~[00:31:00] So what I wanna share with you are themes or ideas which might become prevalent during the period of time that Neptune is in the Zodiac side of Aries.

Aries
—
Speaker 7: So again, let's say you're born under Aries or you have Aries rising. What you're going to feel with Neptune in your sign is a call to be a better person, just like that night from the round table, ~you know, and, and, ~and to review some of those things that were talked about. ~Um, ~loyalty, protecting those who cannot protect themselves, ~not doing anything, you know,~ not going to war or conflict for [00:33:00] something you want.
~You know, you, you, you there, what's ~what's communicated in that idea that Arthur communicates? And there he's literally talking about swords and suits of armor, but it could be in our lives today. You know, let's say we are in a superior position to someone else, and let's say, ~uh,~ we're in a position where we can bully that person or make demands on that person, or make that person do our bidding.
~Um, ~maybe we get involved in fights or quarrels, you know, that are over,~ uh,~ love or that are, ~you know,~ about money, ~you know, and, ~and what the idea here is, don't do that. Be better than that. And that's a tall order. ~It's like, well,~ especially for an Aries, which is Rule by Mars. The, ~uh,~ the reason it's a tall order is because Mars is named after the Roman God of war, and you fight for things, you know, but this isn't like, you don't do it rashly, you don't do it for selfish ends.
You don't do it in the [00:34:00] moment. ~You know,~ you don't do it just to best someone or humiliate someone. ~You know,~ there may be a good fight. ~And the reason, and, and,~ and there is such a thing as a good fight. And one of the reasons why I always like to use Martin Luther King Jr. As an example, is because of his pledge of nonviolence, which was a very difficult pledge to keep when you're having a fire hose aimed at you or a dog sicked on you, or people shooting at you, or if they're not shooting at you, taking out clubs and beating you and fracturing your skull.
Okay? ~Um, ~that's a tall order, but the reason Martin Luther King Jr. Preached that. Is not because you know you're just gonna be holier than thou and, and it's okay if someone, you know, pours soup over your head or something like that. No, it wasn't that. It was the greater strength is the resistance to violence.
The greater [00:35:00] strength is the resistance to humiliation. Okay. The greater strength is in showing someone how things can be, you know, as a result of a fight, but the fight doesn't get violent. And so it's that person who's expressing their violence and their hostility, and that's something they have to live with.
Now. A lot of followers, Martin Luther King, Jr. Were like, okay. I am on board for this, but boy is this not easy. This is like really, really rough because, you know, someone comes at me, I'm frightened, you wanna hit back? His wife, Coretta Scott King made that point when they would have many discussions about it.
But Martin Luther King Jr's point was because when you fight back, you inflame, you escalate, it goes to a higher level, you know, and the control is in the resistance and the resistance, ~the control of that resistance ~is in [00:36:00] being nonviolent. And that's something to think about in the spirit of Neptune. If you're born under Aries or have Aries rising, now when Neptune comes into your sign, you may feel confused at first by its presence in your life.
It can be a little trippy, or it can make you very sensitive to things. ~Um, ~it can even put you in predicaments where you might even feel like you're being oppressed or, or bullied. Or dominated ~in, ~in some way where, where you wanna take up arms and fight. But part of Neptune's energy is the idea of sacrifice.
~It's an,~ it's a characteristic of the planet that a lot of people have a hard time with, which is natural because ~that's, that can, you know,~ the idea of self sacrifices is hard to do. but Neptune in Aries is here to teach you that the strength isn't always a marshal strength of fighting back or, you know, yelling back or something like [00:37:00] that.
That there is strength in empathy, you know, in feeling for someone else, even if that person is your enemy. You know, and a big point that Martin Luther King Jr. Made is that the civil rights movement isn't just a black movement. It also embraces white people as well, because they ~are, you know,~ have been raised in a culture of anger and supremacy.
And the only way we're gonna reach out to them is by empathy, by understanding that, by consolation, by guidance, and by love. And these are the very things, empathy, consolation, guidance, and love. These are the very things that Neptune in Aries is going to charge you with. Now, part of you might feel ~like you have to, you know, ~like that's an impossible order, but the whole point of an impossible order, like for instance, love thy neighbor, as you would love thy self, is that it isn't easily accomplished.
It [00:38:00] isn't easily achieved or fulfilled. It's a practice. It's a practice that you do your best to practice in your life, and that's something to think about while Neptune is in your Zodiac sign for the next 12 years.
Speaker 8: ~I,~
~ ~
Taurus
—
Speaker 7: if you're born into Taurus or you have Taurus Rising. Your response to Neptune in Aries is gonna be a bit like a quest, okay? It's something that's not going to come to you. In a way that's familiar or recognizable, but you sense on a very deep level that it's very important. And so it may inspire a quest, it may inspire a search, and that's because Neptune enters Aries and that part of your solar chart, which is associated to the 12th house in astrology and the 12th house.
~Is a fascinating house. It's a, it's an intricate house. And, ~and the 12th House is a fascinating house. It's an [00:39:00] intricate house and it's not an easy one to understand probably because the 12th house has a reputation that's pretty negative. Um, if you look at more traditional astrology books, you'll see things like the 12th houses associated to prisons or insane asylums or hospitals,~ um,~ you know, places where you're taken to and incarcerated in some way.
And some of you might be like, well, ~how, ~how is a hospital like being incarcerated? Well, when you are admitted to hospital, you know, for an operation or, or a treatment or something like that, you then have to be released from the hospital. You can't just sort of like say, I'm done with my operation and I'm leaving.
You know, you, you have to be released. So while you're in the hospital, you're under, ~um,~ the ages or the protection or the governance of the hospital, and you have to be released. So in a way that can be like an incarceration. So there was always that element of prison or [00:40:00] imprisonment that was connected to the 12th house.
~Uh,~ the 12th house is also connected to skeletons in the family closet, uh, with painful issues that previous generations of your family might have faced. ~Uh,~ maybe it's issues with depression or with, ~uh,~ drug addiction or alcoholism, you know, things that have been passed down through the family that have kind of imprisoned you or locked you into a kind of family fate.
That can also be something that we experience when a major planet is going through the 12th house. ~Uh, ~it might be that we're in the throes of that, that we're battling those, uh, tendencies or that psychological legacy. ~Um. ~That might be something that comes up or it might be, you know, that a family member is facing that as an issue and,~ and, and, ~and we're being called the, called upon to be there for a person who is struggling and having a very, very difficult or a hard time.
So that can also be associated with the 12th house. [00:41:00] There was self undoing, ~um,~ which is basically shooting yourself in the foot, or, ~uh,~ creating a situation where you create your own downfall. ~Um, ~nowadays that would be understood more as like a self-sabotaging pattern, you know, that becomes prevalent ~and um, you know,~ so at this point you might be like, okay, is there anything positive about a 12 house Christopher?
I mean, like, you're like,~ um,~ oh, there's rehab. Okay, okay. No, there is something positive. ~And, and, ~and, and I'm throughout, you know, the word rehab because a rehab center is like a modern version of some of what I'm talking about. The 12th house was where you retreated either because you were incarcerated here or you retreated to battle these inner demons.
Okay. ~Um, ~hermits, if you think of the,~ uh,~ early Christian monks or hermits, uh, the desert monks I think they were called, or desert hermits, they would, ~uh,~ exile themselves from society and go to a cave and contemplate God, but also to battle, um, inner [00:42:00] demons and temptations and, and, and to, and to, um, override that.
~ That's something that, you know, I'm using a Christian example, but there are examples from other different religions that are pretty similar. Good one,~
~battling the inner demon of a sneeze. ~I know that the examples I'm using are a Christian example, but there are examples from other religions and beliefs that are very much similar. This, this, this struggle with illusion or demon or something lower in yourself. Or maybe it's even the struggle with illusion and elusory pursuits.
So what you also have bound up in the 12th house is a retreat from the world to contemplate something, uh, that is very profound. It could be something that's profoundly wrong with you and you want to make it right, you want to heal it, or it could be something that's profound in you that's been ignored or neglected.
The 12th house was also the house that was associated with monasteries and convents and things like,~ um,~ ash rams or spiritual retreats. Uh, you might even take a vow of silence and meditate. ~This, ~this was a [00:43:00] 12th house energy. You go and you voluntarily put yourself in a place where you're fasting or you're meditating and you're quiet and you are alone.
Something that most people would be like,~ uh,~ you know, I couldn't do that. I need my cell phone. You know? And so this was also something that's connected to the 12th house. Now, I'm not saying that you're gonna ~come,~ go and become a Traps monk, Allah, you know, Thomas Merton or anything along those lines if you're born into tours or have tours rising.
But what I am saying. Is that you may be feeling in yourself a kind of restlessness with Neptune now in the Zodiac sign of Aries, in which you want to abandon worldly things. Okay. You might be feeling this sense of, like, I don't see myself in my life. You know, I see my responsibilities, I see my tasks, I see my obligations, and I see my duties, but I [00:44:00] feel like I'm just going through the motions of these things.
Maybe because I have responsibility to family members or my own family, or, ~or, ~or I have duties at work, or I was on this path where I wanted to make a lot of money or, and, and, and, and I'm making this money and it's just not doing it for me. You know, I, I, I'm not seeing any sort of fulfillment or, or real success.
~Hmm.~
And all you have to do to see an example of that, you know, is look at the billionaires of the world. They're, they're hardly a happy lot. You know, we all think like, well, I would be happy with all of that money, but has it made them happy? No. It's made them crazier and weirder and, and stranger than they've ever been before.
Okay, so, ~so, so ~on some level that might not be doing it for you. Okay? The money might not be doing it for you anymore. The work might not be doing it for you anymore. You might find yourself, or, or see yourself as a beast of burden, you know, who is fulfilling these responsibilities [00:45:00] and obligations and tasks, and you're left with an emptiness inside.
And Neptune can be that feeling of emptiness. ~It's, it, ~it can leave a space in you that isn't easily answered by your day-to-day activities. It, it, it isn't easily addressed through ambitions, wants and needs. ~Um, ~it doesn't respond to mantras, um, or rituals. It's an empty space. What? Imar Bergman called The Silence of God.
And in that Silence of God can be spirituality. Okay. It's really a blank slate is what we're kind of talking about here, and that the Neptune in Aries may leave you with this sense of emptiness or the things that used to satisfy you no longer do. And then we get the [00:46:00] Aries part, which is the questing night, the adventure.
Where do I find this in my life? You know? And so what's going on here is that the Neptune in Aries, remember, it's always gonna be the individual. It's gonna be who you are is beckoning you to connect to who you are on this very deep and profound level. And you're gonna wanna throw titles and labels and things at it, but they're not going to hold because that's not who you are on a soulful, profound plane.
It might be who you are in the world, but it's not who you are in the nudity and in the silence ~of of ~of God. And so this is something that the Neptune in Aries is going to act on, okay? It will first maybe feel like an emptiness or something lacking, and so [00:47:00] you wanna fill it, but the more you fill it, it doesn't fulfill.
~Hmm. ~And so it leads you and it leads you on a path. That's very spiritual and very soulful, and I wanna say unwritten. Okay? Because the whole point, and this is the point of fire Neptune in a fire sign, the whole point is the experience. The experience of the journey, the experience of the search, and that I'm sort of gonna leave it like there, you know, the, I mean, you might be like, you know, Christopher, you're leaving me hanging, I've got 12 years of this.
You have 12 years of this influence, of this energy in your life, of this questing, I think would be the best way to put it. So you don't have to like take, you know, join a monastery or anything like that. You can live in your world, but you yourself ~at, at, ~at [00:48:00] life in your world and what moves you and what speaks to you on a very deep and profound and an honorable level.
You'll know it's it when you can't explain it to someone else, okay? You'll know it's it when you hear poetry or prayer, uh, you'll know it's it when you stand in the majesty of nature or the wonder of art. All right? So, so, so this is what I'm talking about, and this is something that will move you. And even I dare say, speak to you in the silence.
In the silence of being.
Gemini
—
Speaker 7: If you're born into Gemini or you have Gemini rising this period of time when Neptune is traveling through the Zodiac sign of Aries will be one that's very accessible to you. And that's because [00:49:00] Neptune in the Zodiac sign of Aries, which is of. A fire sign forms a natural sextile to your own sign, which is an air sign, air and fire get one another.
Okay? They're, they're both restless in terms of their energy. They're both active and they're both activating. Okay? So this is something that air and fire both share in common. So when you have Neptune in Aries, and it appears in your solar chart in the 11th house, this is all about influence, okay?
Influencing and being influence. Now, something that we can look to see,~ uh, to, ~to help us interpret what this might mean for you as a theme for your next 12 years, is, let's take the fact that Aries is the zodiac sign that rules the head. I don't know if you're familiar with the man or the woman of signs, but it usually shows a human being just sort of standing there.
And they're surrounded by, um, 12 zodiac signs that are pointing to different parts of the [00:50:00] body that the zodiac sign rules, for instance,~ um,~ Taurus rules the throat, and Pisces rules the feet. So in the man or woman of signs, Aries rules the head. Okay? So, so it's the top, it's the crown. So Aries rules the head.
And when you remember that your, uh, rising sign or your sun sign, Gemini is ruled by mercury,~ uh, planet,~ uh, mercury. The planet rules the mind, the way that we think and the way that we speak. Okay? So here we have a unity, a combination, a working combination of the head and the mind. So there might be a very strong emphasis on the way that you think and on the way that you ~speak,~ speak, uh, during this time that,~ uh,~ uh, Neptune is traveling through Aries.
Now, that doesn't mean that you're all of a sudden gonna be like, oh, I'm going to talk to people. No cockney accent, like a really bad cockney accent. Or, I'm French. It's just so quiet. No, it doesn't mean that at all. What it means is that your words matter. [00:51:00] Your words have an influence, they have an impact on people.
And it's not just words like speechifying or, or, or, or preaching from the pulpit or lecturing it's words in conversation. Okay? That peop that you are having conversations with people in which what's being discussed has impact. Okay? Because the Neptune sex tiles, your,~ uh,~ zodiac sign or your rising sign, you have a way of saying something that really connects to someone else's mind, okay?
They wanna know more about it. Okay? That could be gossip or a tidbit of information, but we're talking about things that are a little bit more deeper,~ um,~ with Neptune being involved here. Maybe it's,~ um,~ the idea of. Positive thinking, which is something that comes to mind as a Gemini or Gemini rising. ~Uh, you are going to believe in the, uh, capacity of the mind to rule over things.~
~Uh, mind over matter, right? This is something all the earth signs, uh, excuse me. You're gonna be, ~you're going to believe in the capacity that the mind rules over things. ~Uh, ~you [00:52:00] might know the,~ uh,~ phrase mind over matter. Okay? This is something which all the air signs,~ uh,~ share as a credo that the mind is more important than matter, okay?
That it can rule over the body. It can all be in your mind. And so this might be something that becomes very resonant for you during this period of time. You, you might even be of the belief that most limits in our life are self-imposed. Um, they're self-imposed because of negative thinking. They're self-imposed because we don't have education, or we didn't get as much education as we,~ uh,~ as we should have, or we're not an enlightened being.
~Um, the, ~the, the negative thoughts might be imposed because,~ um,~ we just talk ourselves out of things and, and believe that we're not capable or not able. And so as a Gemini, Gemini rise, and you might believe during this period of time, that one's capacity to shortchange oneself is made even more so through negative thinking.
And [00:53:00] it can even act in a way that's greater than anything that the outside world could do to you. ~And so it's during this. Time that you might sort of practice good mental health, so to speak. Um, you might make a point now, I'm not taking like, talking like good mental health, like, you know, you're depressive or, or something like that.~
~Those are very real, uh, men, uh, uh, mental issues, psychological issues. I'm talking about more a day-to-day mental health. The things you tell yourself, okay. That that's really the direction that I'm coming at here. ~And so during this period of time, you might, um, emphasize self-improvement. Like you might make a point of ~new, ~looking up a new word every day in the dictionary, or, uh, you might refrain from watching,~ um,~ news, uh, before you go to bed because you don't wanna have troubled sleep.
Or you might even read a few lines of inspirational text. Something that sort of gets the mind questioning and ing ~and, ~and thinking more positively about,~ uh,~ life and yourself and your day. ~Um, ~so, ~uh, ~just as someone who maybe has high cholesterol should watch what they eat, you might, during this period of time, watch what you think, watch what you believe, um, ~and, and, and,~ and make sure that it's not something that's negative.
~And, ~and you might feel very much like, I wanna protect that. I don't want ~to, ~to give into negative or defeatist thinking and that I, what I want to do [00:54:00] is improve my mind and my. Life by tapping into the latent power of positive thinking, ~uh, which was actually a big thing like in the, uh, 1920s and thirties here in America.~
So when you take on this idea that my mind is something that can either be my friend or my enemy, or that my mind is something that I should respect and nurture, like one would respect one's body and nurture it or, or soul, respect one's soul and nurture it or spirit ~and, ~and nurture it. That that my mind is this, that I want to feed my mind good things.
I want to put it on a healthy diet. Uh, when you sort of take command of the mind and work with anxieties in this way, again, Aries is very much about a self-improvement, uh, that allows you to sort of turn the tables on life. So instead of circumstances having you by the tail, you wind up having circumstances by the tail because you can outwit ~wit,~ you could outthink,~ um,~ you can actually put yourself in a more positive mental space.[00:55:00]
This idea that we can, that we have the power to reshape our lives by reshaping our minds, as I said before, is nothing new.~ There are different mental and spiritual practices that, that, that, uh, practice this, uh. ~But this is something that you're going to want to really explore and you're going to want to really be committed to.
~Uh, ~the one thing to watch out for is becoming a little militant about it because of that,~ uh,~ Mars being the ruler of Aries,~ uh,~ quality that can come up with the Neptune. Uh, but I think what it's really about is recognizing ~your, recognizing ~the influence you have in your conversations with people, in the way that you interact with people.
And to take responsibility for the words and the thoughts and the things that you convey to ask yourself, is this information making someone's life better? Or is it, you know, just sort of like flip or entertaining or casual or, or, or something along those lines. So these encounters, this, this respect for your own mind and the [00:56:00] minds of other people and wanting the effect to be a positive and a self-improving one.
This may be very much a theme that is going on in your life over the next 12 years.
Cancer
—
Speaker 7: If you're born under cancer or you have cancer rising, you very much identify with hearth home family roots, and providing a shelter, a home for the people that you love. This is something that's very important to people who are born under the zodiac sign of cancer or who have cancer rising. You believe that if everyone had a place to call home and knew that they could count on their loved ones and friends, and that they went to bed at night with a full stomach, then there would be nothing to worry about, ~uh,~ in life and in the world.
In fact, all of life's problems would be solved if you have,~ um,~ a roof over your head and a bed to call your own. And so this is something that people [00:57:00] born under ~cancer, ~cancer rising. This is their approach to the world. You know, it's, ~it's, ~it's let's house people. Let's shelter people, let's make people feel like they belong.
This is something that, you know, everyone needs. Everyone needs to be fed. Everyone needs a good night's sleep. Everyone needs loved ones and friends,~ and,~ and let's do this. This is a good thing. Uh, this is not something that happens when people are in conflict or, um, at war with things or, or battling or struggling.
~Um, you know, maybe it's not about the struggle. Maybe it's about the comforting and the housing and the sheltering instead, because life on its own is enough of a struggle. ~So also being born under cancer, having cancer rising, you don't believe in big solutions to big problems. You know, yes, you may follow things in terms of politics and culture and things along those lines, but you know that you're only one person, one household, and you know, no one's gonna walk away from, you know, big struggles where people are threatening other people or whatever.
~Um,~ because you ran out there and said, you know, uh, something [00:58:00] you, you don't believe in big solutions to big problems. What you believe is in taking care of people and their mundane concerns, ~uh,~ like food and shelter and love, like I said, and that everything will fall into place when you have. Little solutions to little problems being a water sign.
You believe in the ripple effect of that. You know, you treat the people in your life well. You treat them with respect, you treat them with love, you're there for them. And maybe that's something that goes out like a ripple. You know, that ~they, ~they learned to treat other people like that, who, and, and they impact other people in that way who impact people in that way.
And, and it spreads out from there. Okay? So, ~so,~ so that's what you do. ~You, ~you do it in the space of your own life, and you trust ~that ~that is your message in a bottle to the world. This, this ripple effect of goodness, of sympathy, of empathy, of sheltering, [00:59:00] nurturing, and protection. And it galls you that anyone should want for anything.
In a world like the world we live in, when we have all of this technology and all of these resources to you, it just, you just don't understand, you know, why,~ um,~ you know, the world isn't a better place as a result for all of this. And so you're going to lead with your. You're going to lead with your protectiveness ~and, ~and these are the things that are important to you.
Now, Aries doesn't see the world like that, okay? And Neptune is going to be in the zodiac sign of Aries for the next 12 years. ~Um, Aries doesn't see the world like that.~ Aries sees the world as a place of standing up for what's right. You know that you fight the good fight and that you stand up and be counted and you don't.
Retreat from battle, you run headlong into it. This is the way that Aries believes that fights should be fought. You know, [01:00:00] you stare down ~the, ~the opponent you power through obstacles and difficulties like that. And as a cancer you might sort of understand that, you know, but you're not really wholesale into that.
You're more kind of like, well, maybe if people got love in their lives and at home, they wouldn't grow up and become bullies and, ~and, ~and wretched people. Okay. That, that, that they, that if they got those things at the start and at the beginning, you know, then the world would be a better place. So how are you going to work with this Neptune in Aries energy, which is a calling forth, you know, um, and, uh, to, to fight the good fight to stand for a cause to protect the weak ~and, ~and those sorts of things that we've been talking about.
Well, what's going to happen is that it's the Neptune in Aries is going to put you in more and more parental positions, okay? ~And, ~and. Probably more [01:01:00] fatherly like positions. Cancer and Aries are both zodiac signs that deal with parenting. They're connected to parents. ~Uh, ~cancer is the zodiac sign of the good mother.
And,~ uh,~ Aries is the Zodiac sign of Coach Dad. You know, uh, you gave me 25 pushups. That's great. Don't stop there. Give me another 25. You know, the coach dad who's always pushing you to improve and to be better than you were before. If you're born under cancer, you have cancer rising. You want to nurture and you want to protect, and you want to console.
But there are times, and these can be critical times that parents face with their children, for instance, alright, in which they can't fight the child's battle, okay? They, they can't take the test for the child. ~Um, ~they're not walking behind their kid every day at school ~and, ~and stepping on to fend off bullies.
~Um, they, ~they can't,~ uh,~ save their children from difficult things that can happen in life. ~Um, ~you know, [01:02:00] unfortunate incidents and events. So what this Neptune in Aries is going to be teaching you is that you can be there for someone without sheltering. Protecting, you know, keeping them away. You know, make, making them turn their face away from a hard world, you know, maybe even putting yourself between that person and the world.
You know, this, ~this, ~this Neptune in Aries is going to teach you to nurture that ability to take care of yourself to the people that you care about. You know, if a loved one has a broken heart. You don't hunt down, you know, the person that broke their heart and, you know, beat them up or something like that, or, or you don't tell them love's a bad thing and stay at home.
You know, it's, it's, it's, it's, um,~ it's, it's, it's, it's, um, you, ~you have a conversation or you have an [01:03:00] experience. You sh you, you, ~you, ~you talk to that person about heartbreak. You know, you bear witness to the heartbreak, you offer the consolation, but at the same time, you also support the person to grow through that heartbreak,~ to,~ to be strengthened by that heartbreak.
So the more, um, nurturing and protective and perhaps even overprotective, uh, tendencies of a cancer or cancer rising, are going to become less so during this period of time when Neptune is in Aries, because there will be more of a recognition that each person has to fight their own battles. That each person has to face their own struggles.
They're not doing it alone. You know, they have your support and if you're true cancer or cancer rising, you've got everyone behind them, you know, but they have to do it. On their own. You know, they have to do it in the arena of their body. They have to do it in the arena of their intellect. They have to do it in the [01:04:00] arena of their soul.
They have to do it in the arena of their spirit. Okay? And you can support and encourage that, maybe even show them how to do it. But this isn't about you stepping in, you know, and, ~and, ~and keeping them away from that or, or, or, or, or, you know, becoming,~ uh,~ overly protective. It's about you supporting them and their maturation.
~And this is a way ~this opens up an avenue for you to express and to share love with people in your life in a different way that you've done before. You know, in a way that where you are a comrade, you are someone who is there by their side supporting them.~ But the best support that you can ever give someone like that, really we had to dry out at that moment.~
~But the best support that you can give someone like that, who's going through someone like that is the belief that you have in them. All right. And that's something that could be very much the Neptune and the Aries, and that believing in them is one of the greatest acts of love that you can ever show and express to someone that you care about.~
~And even no.~
And the best thing you can do for someone who's going through a hard time, who's struggling with something that's impossible, the best thing that that you can do in addition to being there for them is to have a belief in them. And a belief in [01:05:00] someone is one of the greatest acts of love that you can ever share with another human being.
Leo
—
Speaker 7: If you're born under Leo or you have Leo Rising, this period of time when Neptune is traveling through the Zodiac sign of Aries is going to be an uplifting one for you. It's going to have a wonderful and positive effect in your life, but in an Neptune in way. All right? So in other words, you're not going to be showered with gifts and blessings, something that a Jupiter going through Leo would do, and, um, you're not going to be the object of people's love and attention and, ~and, and, ~and charms something that Venus would do.
You've got Neptune that's traveling through Aries and it's forming a trying So Neptune's job by forming a, trying to Leo from the Zodiac sign of Aries is to make you a better person. Now, remember what I said earlier in this broadcast that the fire signs are all about becoming [01:06:00] me. That's the thing that's important, and this is going to be very important for you as a Leo.
Okay? And again, Leos get a lot of grief and they get a lot of aggravation and a not, and a lot of names thrown at them that are really not right, you know, like egotistical and vain and narcissistic and, ~and, ~and things like that. And what it is, is that Leos are ruled by the sun in astrology. ~And um, we all have a ruling planet.~
~You can be ruled by Saturn or Mercury or Mars or Venus. Leos or Leo Risings are ruled by the sun.~ And as we all know, the sun isn't really a planet, it's a star. And so that's the thing that makes Leo so luminescent. That's the thing that makes them so, ~um, ~Charismatic and so unique and special. Some Leos feel like, yeah, that's right.
You know, and some Leos are like, I wish I felt that way, but I don't, but I kind of feel this pressure, like, I should be like that, you know? But, but what it comes down to is stepping into who you are, being the best me that I can possibly be. Now, Aries does this through contest, through [01:07:00] battles, through competition.
You know, I won that prize because I was smarter, faster, better than the other person was, which Leos are kind of like, they like as an idea, but sometimes Leos or Leo Risings are like, but I'm just like that, you know? I don't really feel like I have to prove myself or go and compete with someone or something like that.
I, I, I just want to glow with solar, fire, and light and luminosity. Okay. So, so Leos are just kind of like, you know, let, let, let the sunshine through type of thing. And they're not really interested in these battles or these quests or, or anything along those lines. What Neptune in Aries is going to do because of its placement in your solar horoscope is that it's going to turn you into someone people believe in now.
As a Leo, you already know that it's your personality With all of its talents and gifts, temperaments and quirks that make up who you are and who [01:08:00] you are is the single most valuable thing that you can bring to the table. Who you are is the single most valuable thing that you can bring to a relationship.
Who you are is the single most valuable thing that you can bring to a job or a performance, or to child rearing or pet care. Okay? Who you are is the single most valuable thing in your life, and your job in your life is to radiate like the sun. Your job is to bring light and to bring heat, and to be life-giving.
This is what Leo's do. Now, Leo, as you might recall, is the zodiac sign of kings and queens. But as any public figure can tell you, once you ac accept that crown and scepter your life stops being your own. And this is kind of the way that Neptune in Aries is going to go to work on you. It's going to turn you into a hook for other people's admiration [01:09:00] and fascination.
Now, as a Leo or Leo Rising, you're probably all into that. That's great. You know, I'm going to be a hook for people's admiration and fascination. I love that. You know, and, and, and, and maybe they can orbit me like planets orbit the sun. That would be even better. I'll be, I live in an orb of light, of gold, of golden light, and this would be a great thing.
~And, and, and, ~and it is a wonderful thing when we first hear about it. When we see celebrities, we're like, oh, they're photographed and they get to model, and, and people love them. And isn't that lovely? And I would love to be that, you know, but if you take a closer look, ~um, at a celebrity, uh,~ a celebrity is held up to the certain beliefs or the certain.
Prejudices or biases that people can have about them. All right, so, so on one hand, when Neptune is an Aries, there will be,~ uh,~ things about you that other people see as being special or important when you do them. ~Um, and, and, ~and so ~they'll, ~they'll wanna know what you're doing. And, [01:10:00] and, and this will be something that's important and that's coming because of the Neptune trine, which magnifies that solar energy.
~Uh, whenever you have Neptune Rinding, um, your sign, or even Sextiling, but let's go with the trying.~ You have access to the collective unconscious of the people around you. Now you might be like, huh? What it is, is that, um~ ,~ if you're familiar with Carl Jung, who was a Leo, by the way,~ um,~ one of the things that he worked with as a psychologist was that he introduced the notion of ~a collective, um, as a collective, uh, of~ a collective unconscious.
That when we go and sleep or when we imagine things, we're not just imagining our own personal,~ um,~ symbols. We're not just making up our own personal symbols. That only means something to us. We're accessing through our sleeper, through our culture. Things that have taken on a symbolic,~ uh,~ import, uh, something that he called an archetype.
And these things can become influencers in our own life, uh, or, or we can have very powerful [01:11:00] emotional responses to things like that. ~Uh,~ the word is icon or iconic, and that's kind of used these days to sort of describe a star, someone who's iconic, but for instance, think of a flag. Okay? A flag represents a country, and so a flag waves and you salute it or you pledge allegiance to it, or something like that.
But when people desecrate a flag, they take that flag down and they burn it or they rip it to shreds. You may feel like, you know, ~this, this, ~this hostility, this anger, this outrage that such a thing has happened. This is kind of how an archetype works. It carries a very powerful emotional psychic resonance, uh, that can either be celebrated,~ um, ~or it can, it, it can represent something that's transformative or it can even be something that's oppressive or dark.
But when it is torn or, or defiled, you can have a feeling that something sacred has been defiled. You know? So, so that kind of thing is very, very [01:12:00] powerful. ~So, instance,~ so for instance, when we say we love this person who's a celebrity, and we put the person on our shoulders and, and, and say they're really special, and someone's like, well, you know, I'm not a swifty.
I don't like her songs or music. And, you know, people can be like, oh my God, I'll never talk to you again. How could you not be a swifty? Taylor says everything and, and, and, and you're nothing. You know, or we're exiling you. I mean, people could have these very powerful, visceral responses. Now, I'm not saying that you're gonna be on the level of Taylor Swift as a result of Neptune Rinding your Zodiac sign, but what you will do is that you will have this power to affect the people around you.
Um, so that they really listen to the things ~that they say that,~ that you say, um, that you stay in their memory. ~You, ~you stay in their imagination. You might be,~ uh,~ someone that they copy or they mimic or they discuss. ~Um, again, it doesn't have to be on this large, you know, Taylor Swift level or something like that.~
~But~ we can have that with people who look up to us or people who follow what we do or, or commands or, or, or, or, or things that we issue forward. [01:13:00] And that's kind of what I'm getting at here, because,~ uh,~ yet, you know, for all of the. Infusion of that EP Neptunian energy, which captures people's attention. You can maybe, perhaps also find yourself in an extremely vulnerable position, because with adulation, it can easily turn and make you the target of envy or hostility.
So, so that's something to keep in mind, that there might be something about your aura or your charisma, which can make people see you in a wonderful light or make you make people see you in a hostile light, maybe because that, you know, ~um, ~they see you as, as, as bad, you know, ~or, ~or they envy you. So the, these are things to really take seriously, uh, during this period of time that Neptune is going through Aries.
I think the big thing that I want to communicate to you is during this period of time where people are believing in [01:14:00] you, it's going to beg the question, do you believe in yourself? Okay. And it's not, that's not a confidence question. Okay? Like, do you have confidence in yourself or do you think you're a good or, or, or wonder wonderful person?
It's more like. Are you a role model? Because when you impact or affect people's imaginations and their emotional lives and maybe even lives during this kind of a transit, you become a role model. It's up to you to be better than the typical person would be. You know? And celebrities also know this, you know, they, um, can be a celebrity in a regard that they never do anything wrong or, or, or bad, or they can be a bad boy or a bad girl and they're expected to do that all the time, 24 7.
~And, you know, and, and, and, ~and that can get exhausting as well because it's not really who they are. So, so knowing who you are and also seeing yourself as a role [01:15:00] model and really thinking about that responsibility, 'cause so many people hold you in that regard, that's something that you've got 12 years to work with as it unfolds in your life.
And something that's very important for you to take seriously because you can really bring about a lot of positive change in the lives of the people around you and the world that you live in.
Virgo
—
Speaker 7: If you're born under Virgo or you have Virgo Rising, you're going to be doing a lot of things you said you'd never do, or you may even find yourself in situations you swore you'd never go near during this period of time that Neptune is traveling through the Zodiac sign of Aries. Now, why is this happening?
Well, it's happening because of the planetary aspect that's being made to your own Zodiac sign. You're not dealing with a trine. You're not dealing with a sextile square opposition or a conjunction. You're [01:16:00] dealing with something that's called a Quin Cox, which means that the planet in one sign is trying to find a true fit with your own sign, but it's not really finding it, and something is getting garbled in the communication.
It's looking for a fit that it's not finding, and so the struggle becomes about finding the fit. All right, so let me sort of bring up an example here. Aries and Virgo at first glance, don't really have much in common. Uh, Aries is a fire sign. ~Um, ~it's very urgent. It's very now,~ um,~ it has to do things in the moment,~ um,~ and it will take things on itself, all right.
And Virgo is an earth sign. ~Um, ~it doesn't necessarily have to do things in the moment. It likes to have a planner or a strategy or an approach to something. Uh, it might even have a practice or a formula for success. And,~ um,~ it believes in working things out. You don't like throw yourself into a moment.
~You, you, you're, ~if you're [01:17:00] stumped by something, you work it out. It's a puzzle. It's a problem that's to be solved, not something to combat, uh,~ or, or, ~or, or struggle with. Like for instance, in Aries ~might,~ might see the situation. So, ~um, ~this idea of helping. Uh, is also another idea that comes up with both Aries and Virgo.
~Uh, ~Aries, I often sort of joke is the, uh, superhero or superhero one of the Zodiac,~ uh,~ because they're always rushing to the rescue of other people. And Virgo is a helper. ~You know, uh, you are helping someone figure out how to solve a problem. You're helping someone to figure out how to get out of a jam.~
~So where Aries, for instance, will be like, I run to the rescue of someone in distress, it comes with the boots and Cape, you know, as a Virgo, you're like, I'm trying to help the person who's in a problematic situation and I'm not gonna do it for them. I'm gonna show them how they can help themselves so in the future they can take care of themselves.~
~They're not gonna be relying on me, uh, to come, you know, running to their rescue or anything along those lines.~ So the difference is that Aries will be the superhero. It will struggle, save the person from, from whatever, ~uh,~ difficulty they're going through. And Virgo is going to invest in educating or training the person, uh, to solve a problem on their own so that they never find themselves in that kind of a predicament again.
Or if they do, they know what to do to get out of it. So here are two impulses that are the same. You're, you're helping [01:18:00] someone, but it's going on. In a very different fashion, you know, and, and that's kind of what's going on during this period of time that Neptune will be traveling through the zodiac sign of Aries.
It's going through a certain angle of your solar horoscope, which,~ uh,~ creates or can introduce,~ uh,~ difficult situations,~ um,~ really,~ uh,~ difficult predicaments that aren't easy to find your way out of. They can be very emotional, they can be very intense, and,~ um, they can, ~they can be very difficult. They're not easy to solve, like two plus two equals four.
~Uh, ~they, they might be very personal. ~Uh, ~they might be very arduous. They might be very difficult. And the solutions aren't going to be easy. They're not going to be solved by someone flying on in and rescuing someone, and they're not gonna be solved by sitting down and, and saying, this is what you can do to make things work.
~They're difficult. They're, ~they're, um, the, like, the hard life [01:19:00] questions, or the hard or difficult life crossroads. And this is something that you'll find yourself in. Now, you personally, by yourself, you're finding yourself personally alone in this, probably not. My feeling or read of the situation is that it's people who are close to you or people who are in need,~ um,~ who are going through this, and then you are given the task of rescuing or helping them to,~ uh,~ figure out ~what's, ~what's going on here.
Now, what's challenging about Neptune is that Neptune is famously associated with self-sacrifice, and that's what heroes do. Uh, when you've got,~ uh,~ Neptune in Aries, okay? Aries is a sign of heroism and Neptune is about self-sacrifice. ~And so there can be this impulse to go to go rushing into, uh, uh, buildings, uh, go rushing into, uh, so there can be situations where you go rushing into, uh, uh, frightening, uh.~
So there can be difficult situations where you go rushing in where angels fear to tread, you know, and you might find yourself suddenly in the thick of things and in the depth of things entangled in something because you were coming to the rescuer trying to help someone out who was [01:20:00] in need. So Neptune can be associated with self-sacrifice, and Neptune can also be associated with scandal.
Okay? And because, uh, Neptune is transiting through the solar eighth house, which is the house of sex, death, and other people's money, which basically are taboo subjects,~ um,~ or compromising situations,~ uh,~ this can also be associated with a taboo itself. So there may be an amorous situation, uh, which has, uh, some sort of scandalous element that's connected to it.
~Um, ~you might be dealing with someone who is playing for life or death stakes or facing a very, uh, hard, ~uh, uh, uh, ~task, ~um,~ where they feel like ~they're, ~they're overwhelmed, or it might be something where, uh, they've gotten themselves into a financial difficulty or something along those lines. Things you swore you'd never go near, things you swore,~ um,~ you, you'd never do.
You know, and you may find yourself. All of a sudden in this type of [01:21:00] situation. Alright, so, so as a Virgo, you're going to naturally try to like, figure out how to,~ uh, get, ~get through it. But the Neptune in Aries can also make it appear like it's sucking you in or dragging you in, or that you, you know, if you were to turn your back on ~this, ~this is the most cruel and evil thing or insensitive thing that you could possibly do.
So this, so what to look out for here isn't that you're gonna be faced with difficult situations. We all get faced with difficult situations and we have to face them in our lives. And, ~and, ~and we're talking about 12 years here, so you're probably going to face a difficult situation, but I think what you need to really ask yourself is,~ um,~ you know, are you getting drawn into it?
~Uh, ~because you are trying to do a good deed. This is something that can happen with a Neptune in Aries. ~Uh,~ you try to do a good deed and it's the doing of the good deed that gets you into trouble. ~Uh,~ there's even an old phrase [01:22:00] for it, which is called the road to hell, uh, is paved with good intentions. So, um, ~and, ~and with Neptune going through this part of your chart, you're gonna be learning a lot about that.
~Um, ~in, in, in the experience of the transit. And since you're going to be going there probably anyway, I think what might help you during this period of time is to learn to separate what's good from what was intended to be good. Okay? So if you're trying to do good by someone, absolutely commit, invest, see that the whole distance.
But if you are trying to intend to be good, you're staying with someone, uh, in a situation or a relationship or whatever, ~because that's the good thing to do ~because that's meant to be good. You might find yourself being drawn more and more into a very difficult and overwhelming situation. Doing good by someone is really listening to that person and listening to [01:23:00] yourself and doing good.
And sometimes doing good is leaving someone on their own or someone times doing good is saying goodbye. Um.~ It's, ~it's good isn't always a positive action and a positive event. Sometimes it's the opposite. It people might see it as bad, but it might've been good in the long run, you know? So that's where you have to really understand the difference of separating good from what's intended to be good.
And if during this time you can separate what's good from what was intended to be good, then you'll see that that road, which was leading to hellish situations, turn around and actually lead you and the other person in the opposite direction. In a more heavenly situation, it doesn't necessarily mean everyone's gonna get what they want, but what it does mean is that everyone will be served by the actions that you do [01:24:00] during this period of time.
That includes the other person and yourself as well.
Libra
—
Speaker 7: When you're born under Libra, you have Libra rising. The period of time that Neptune is traveling through Aries is going to be ~mo ~both challenging and enlightening for you. Now, Neptune in Aries is opposite you in the sky. So basically what that means is that something that is calling to you, ~uh,~ something that is beckoning to you, it feels like it's more far away than it's ever been in your entire life.
All right? Uh, conjunction is when,~ um,~ a planet is in your sign. So there's a nearness, there's a closeness by proximity. ~Um, ~a sextile,~ uh, uh,~ encourages that idea or expands upon that idea. The most difficult aspects are when a planet is 180 degrees from you on the iCal circle, okay? Or in your opposite sign.[01:25:00]
That's as far away on an astrological chart or in the sky that the planet could possibly be. So what happens here is that Neptune might idealize,~ uh, uh, ~the perfect partner, the perfect solution,~ um,~ the perfect promise to you. ~Um, ~it beckons to you. ~You, you, ~you reach out for it. You want to follow it, uh, you want to believe in it, but it's too far away.
You know, ~you, you, ~you don't see how you can get from here to there. And there's this constant sense that it's disappearing over the horizon, ~that it's evaporating, that, that it's vanishing, uh,~ that it's vanishing in, in, in your sights. Not only can you not reach it, but it's disappearing.~ And so this might be,~
and so this might be what you feel about relationships right now in your life. ~Um. ~You may be on your own and you may feel like,~ uh,~ the idea of having someone in your life, in a [01:26:00] relationship or a partnership just seems so distant and so impossible. ~Uh, you may feel, uh, that~ you may be in a relationship and you may feel that being with this person is so distant and impossible.
In other words,~ In other words, you can be with someone, but, uh, the rapport between you is a very distant one. Uh,~ Uh, you don't feel like the person is available in your life or accessible in your life or next to you in your life. You feel very distant. You feel outside. You feel like you're not close. And so it's during this period of time when you're in a relationship or not in a relationship, and Neptune is opposite you here in the sky when you ask yourself.
And over the next 12 years, you will be asking yourself, what does a relationship mean to me? ~Okay. Not love by the way. Relationship. And that's because love and relationship are ruled by two different elements. In astrology, love is ruled by water. Okay? And, and the water science, cancer, Scorpio and Pisces can express love in very different ways.~
~You know, cancer can be the home love, the bonding love. Uh, Scorpio can be, uh, love that has been scorned or through heartbreak, and the struggles with anger to transform itself into a love that's greater or more profound, uh, that's larger than the rejection or the heartbreak that's been experienced. But you can only experience that by going through heartbreak.~
~And Pisces is about the fluidity of love. You know, that you can experience the ecstasy of love, the agony of love, the heights of love, the depths of love, the friendliness, the infatuation, the passion, the charity. You know, Pisces just has a very fluid relationship to love and can be very forgiving. Uh, sometimes Pisces can be forgiving to the extent that, um, they didn't really acknowledge what was the pain to begin with.~
~It's just they have a natural fluidity to move on to the next, uh, aspect of, or the next face of, of love. And so~ when you're dealing with air signs like Gemini and Libra and Aquarius, you're dealing with relationships, you're dealing with. The way that people get along with people. ~Um, ~are they there for you?
Are they not there for you? ~Um, ~do you enjoy [01:27:00] their company? Do you not enjoy their company? Um, you know, is it great conversation? Are they on holy boars? ~Uh, ~you know, do you do things together or do you feel better doing things apart? You know, so, so how do I relate? What kind of relationship am I in with you?
Am I close? Am I distant? Do I like you? Do not like you? Am I bound to you? Or did I choose you out of choice? The freedom of choice. So right now in your life,~ uh,~ because of what's been happening with the stars recently, you might not have a lot of trust in relationships. ~Um,~ and you might not have much patience for the people in your life either.
Uh, you might experience people coming into your life who are trying to mess up your life, or, uh, you might be tired of people ghosting you or, or turning out to be no shows, you know, completely unreliable. Nevertheless, you were born under the zodiac sign of people who need people. Okay? Um, you're born under the Zodiac sign of relationship, which means [01:28:00] that understanding relationship is a lifelong school for you.
It's a lifelong quest. It's a lifelong journey. And so what might be going on during this period of time is you need to find a way to reengage with people in your life, okay? Now, as a Libra, you can have a tendency to romanticize people. Um, or you can have a tendency to take on all the work in your relationship, you know, where you're the one who's curating the relationship ~or, ~or looking out for it, and the other person's just sort of like, okay, you know, you're a Libra and you'll take care of it for both of us.
And, and you can sort of feel like you're not really,~ um,~ with someone that you're doing all the work in a relationship. So what's an idea that we can get from this Neptune? In Aries? What's an idea of relating that could maybe speak to you, that you might wanna explore over the next 12 years? The word that I would like to introduce to you, ~um,~ would be comrade or [01:29:00] comradery.
~Okay. Um, now, ~now, you know, you might be like, what Communist, you know, because we know from like those 1950s movies, it's like comrade, you know, that's what you say to someone like, who's another fellow communist or something. No. Comrade comes from the idea of a friend or a trusted companion. ~Okay. Uh, someone who's your comrade, they're, they're, they're there for you.~
~You're there for them. And this is a friend or a trusted companion, ~especially one who has. Shouldered a difficult or a dangerous time with you? Okay. It's, it's actually used for like, ~um, ~a fellow soldier, you know, a comrade. He's my comrade. He's, he, he had my back or she had my back and I had his, or I had her back.
But it's this idea that you and the other person go through difficulties together. You, you share your triumphs and you're there for one another in your defeats. And what this means is a kind of battling something together. Now, I'm not saying you have to go and find a cause or, or something like that, that brings you and another person close together.
~But, ~[01:30:00] but going through life could be something that you experience together. The highs and lows, the defeats, the triumphs, and that there's this feeling that this person is really looking out for you and that you really looking out for this other person. So, in other words, this isn't something where you have to change to please someone else.
~Uh, ~this isn't someone that, you know, you're kind of like, I'll do all the work in the relationship. You just be in the relationship with me. This is someone who's shoulder to shoulder with you,~ who,~ who's next to you. They don't have to be your equal. In fact, they could be better at things that you're not good at.
And you could be better at things that they're not. Good at, okay, but you're there for one another. So this comradery, this feeling like, I can really trust this person. I can really rely on this person. I go through, you know, this is the person that I can trust if I'm going through something really difficult and challenging, and not only are they there for me, but they're working with me to get through it, and this is the person that [01:31:00] I can celebrate these triumphs with.
That kind of activity, that kind of activeness, uh, with a partner is something that I think might have been missing for you recently, and right now might be coming into your life again. ~Uh,~ it may not be what you're looking for in a relationship. The person might not be your type. It might, you know, you might not even really want to be with someone.
You can have those feelings and still be in comradery with someone else. And that comradery is a partnering with someone who's going the distance alongside with you and who is someone that you swear by and someone you rely on and someone that you celebrate with. That is something that I think Neptune in the Zodiac sign of Aries is going to show you in the next 12 years. ~ ~
Speaker 6: ~Hmm.~
Scorpio
—
Speaker 7: If you're born under Scorpio or you have Scorpio rising, a really interesting thing is going to be [01:32:00] taking place with you over the next 12 years. Neptune is traveling through the Zodiac sign of Aries. Neptune is traveling through a part of your solar horoscope that deals with service to other people.
Okay? Now, on one hand that might appeal to you as a Scorpio. You, you like to see yourself as being of service to people. You, you'd like to be there for people when they're going through a very difficult time emotionally. ~Um, ~there's no other Zodiac sign that runs faster to someone's side who is going through a heartbreak or some sort of grief than a Scorpio or a Scorpio rising.
It's because you get it. It's because you understand it. One of your ruling planets is Pluto named after the Roman God of the underworld. You know what it's like to descend down into an emotional place that other people don't want to go near because it's too painful, it's too difficult, it's too forbidden, but you are very open to that.
[01:33:00] You even come alive during something like that. ~Um, ~as a Scorpio or a Scorpio rising, you can hold someone's hand in the dark. You can stand next to someone on the edge of the abyss. ~This is something that is a Scorpio or a Scorpio rising, you know how to do, and you even come to life when doing it. All right?~
So that's something in which you can be of service to someone else. You know, this is. This is something, something that you would naturally give of yourself. It's one of the great, generous things that Scorpios and Scorpio risings do for other people. You know, ~they, they, ~they sit with you in your heartbreak.
~They, they,~ they're next to you, uh, as you go through the crisis or the difficulty. Okay? So this is a beautiful and a wonderful thing, but because of where it shows up in the solar horoscope, all right? ~Uh, ~because of it being in the sixth house of your solar horoscope, which is the House of Work, health and service.
There might be a bit of an underdog flavor to this Neptune in Aries,~ um,~ Aries in [01:34:00] Scorpio, even though they don't make an aspect like a drawing or a sextile or a square conjunction or opposition, they do get each other because they share a ruling planet. They share rulership by Mars, the planet named after the Roman God of war.
And so what happens here that as a Scorpio, you might not be as urgent or confrontational or struggling with the idea of confrontation like an Aries or an Aries. Rising can be, but you are driven by,~ um,~ really being there for another person, okay? That, that instinct, that impulse is very strong, but also as a Mars rule sign and as a fixed sign, you are not.
To be treated shappi. All right? ~So, um, you know, ~you're not anyone's,~ um, uh, uh, uh,~ servant where you go rushing in and, and, and you follow their commands. You're not, you know, a dog that someone like throws a stick and you go and fetch it and you bring it back. You know, you want to be treated [01:35:00] with respect and, ~uh,~ you want to be, ~uh,~ held in, in, in esteem, in high esteem actually, because what you bring to a person, you know, in their life is something that is very uniquely your own.
You are drawn to transformative experiences in your own life. You don't really go seeking them, but you are drawn to them, and you are drawn to transformative experiences that go on in someone else's life. But when you're asked to take on a position of service, okay, that can bring up this idea of ~sur ~subservience or being cyl, which never sits right with a Mars ruled sign.
Okay? So again, as I was saying, you don't want to be exploited. You don't want to be used. You don't wanna be treated like the hired help, but during this time that Neptune is inspiring or speaking to you through the Zodiac sign of Aries, which is a heroic sign. [01:36:00] You might be drawn to something like,~ um,~ humanitarian causes or even,~ uh,~ drawn to work for a humanitarian organization.
~Uh, or you might want,~ you might be drawn to things that are going on in your community, your, your neighborhood or your community. Things that are embattled like, like you might be, uh, responding to concerns about education or outreach or even human services. You want to help people to help themselves, and this is something that's going to be very important to you during this period of time.
It will be in humbling circumstances and as a Scorpio. Humility is a big thing for you. Uh, not because you're vain, glorious, or anything along those lines, but humility is always ~really strong, ~really important for anyone who is ruled by the planet Mars. ~Uh, ~Mars has a visceral reaction to humiliation and, um, so learning, humility is an [01:37:00] important thing so that Mars understands that service or making yourself available or being vulnerable aren't signs of weakness.
So when you all allow yourself to an underdog, when you allow yourself to someone who is struggling, it doesn't mean that you go and you do the struggle for them. It means that you, during this time that Neptune is in areas, you get down into the trenches with them. And this is something that Scorpio does.
Scorpio gets down into the trenches with someone ~and to, to, ~to fight the big fight, you know, or to fight the good fight rather, is what I should be saying. You might even find yourself in political types of situations,~ um,~ where there's a political element to the cause that you are fighting for. ~Um, and it's, it's likely that if you find yourself in a political situation, it will be the result of a personal insert.~
~And, and it's likely that if you find yourself in a personal situation. ~And it's likely that if you find yourself in a political situation, it's probably as the result of a personal incident, which somehow transformed you from bystander to player ~to ~to [01:38:00] someone who's in the heat or the thick of the situation.
Now, I'm not saying that you have to drop what you're doing in your life and go out and become an activist or anything along those lines, but the reason why I bring up politics, which comes from Polis, which is city, state, uh. Politics like Polis has its roots in people and not in elected officials. So this is something that you might be responding to viscerally,~ uh,~ during this period of time, a kind of call to,~ to,~ to help.
~Um, ~and there are different examples of it. You know, one example that comes to mind is the street ministry,~ um,~ that Mother Teresa's missionaries of charity,~ uh,~ performed in the slums of India, where they went to places that a more established church or house of worship wouldn't go in order to practice good acts to help people in their time ~of, ~of need.
You know, the underdogs,~ the,~ the people who were [01:39:00] neglected or ignored. ~Um, ~or you might feel a sort of fascination or call to being an end of life doula. You know, that's someone who provides companionship, comfort and guidance to those,~ uh,~ who are planning for death or have been diagnosed with a terminal disease or who are facing imminent death.
Now, that might be a little too heavy, but it's something that might speak to your Scorpio sun or your Scorpio rising. It's not about you solving the problem for someone. It's you standing by someone by witnessing or you showing solidarity or you. Helping in a time in which there is oppression or in which there has been great neglect.
This is something that you're going to respond to very powerfully if you're born under Scorpio or Scorpio rising during this period of time. And it's something that I [01:40:00] think will very much enrich you. You know, again, it may come out of an urgency or an emergency or something that's difficult, but at the same time, ~your insp, your,~ your reaction to it or what you will experience will be one of transformation and of transcendence where it stays with you not as something bitter, but as a testament to the triumph of the human soul and the human spirit.
Speaker 6: ~Hmm. ~
Speaker 8: ~I.~
Sagittarius
—
Speaker 7: If you're born under Sagittarius or you have Sagittarius rising, this period of time when Neptune is traveling through Aries will be a very romantic period of time for you. Now, as a Sagittarius or a Sagittarius rising, you probably love that idea. That's because Sagittarius or people with Sagittarius rising love to fall in love, okay?
They're always going in pursuit of their heart's desire and falling in love with someone and, ~and, ~and going on this romantic journey and this romantic quest. So certainly there's going to [01:41:00] be an improvement in your love life during this period of time, and certainly you're going to be celebrating the joys and the pleasures and the delights of love.
But romantic is not necessarily exclusive to hearts and flowers, okay? Romantic can also be an experience. Now, there was a movement in the 18th century, which was called romanticism, and it was a movement in the arts and literature that,~ um,~ emphasized inspiration. Subjectivity and the primacy of the individual.
So basically what this movement was about ~was, ~was saying that my experience of myself, of how I experience nature or the cosmos or society or life, okay, this matters, okay? It's not to be fitted into,~ um,~ you know, like a, a like an institution like, like religion or [01:42:00] government or education. You know, I'm not gonna just sort of like recite what I've been taught, you know, I'm going to explore ideas.
I'm going to explore the world. I'm going to experience ~and, ~and, and follow the things that are inspiring to me. And so, ~uh, ~this is something that we see a lot of in 18th century painting, you know, ~where, ~where people are in nature and the fury of nature. ~Um, ~you know, in the poetry where there's, there's, there's very real passion and, and feeling that's not being, that's not being constrained by convention.
~Um, ~and where the person's experience of life is the thing that's important. It's the story that you tell other people.
So this isn't about trying to find order and conformity. It's really about finding yourself, you know, uh, in a thunderstorm or standing on, you know, the top of a huge precipice, you know, or, or, or marveling [01:43:00] at the wonder ~of, ~of nature. And indeed, it was the British statesman, Edmund Burke, who said, all that stuns the soul.
All that imprints a feeling of terror, leads to the sublime. Okay? Now, at first you might be like, okay, all that stuns the soul. All that imprints a feeling of terror, leads to the sublime. Where are we going with this? I thought we were talking about my love, life and romance and things like that. What he was talking about was experiences which evoke a sense of awe in your life.
~Um, ~even if they're tinge with a bit of fear and dread,~ um,~ these experiences can lead to a profound and elevated aesthetic experience known as the sublime. ~Now, ~now the sublime takes you to a higher level of. Consciousness, you know, where ecstasy rides [01:44:00] right on the edge of agony. You know, they're almost ~kind of like ~intertwined ~with, ~with one another.
Um, and, and it's a place where you're ex, you're inspired to write, to paint, to sing. To live. Okay. And this is, this is something that Romantics and romanticism were searching for. So this wasn't about wild love affairs or getting together with someone and, and, ~and, and, and, ~and getting fulfilled. You know, this was like, you know, seeing in someone, uh, something that's very different than you are.
It's almost kind of like, ~um, ~Heathcliff and Kathy, you know, on the mos. Okay. Like, like Heathcliff is not at all someone that Kathy should be drawn to. She's a, she's higher in society than he Cliff is. And, and, ~and, and, ~and she treats Heath Cliff as a servant. Even though as childhood friends, they were best of buddies.
But the reason she does that is because she feels this passion, this love for [01:45:00] Heath Cliff, which is more than just wanting to sleep with him. Heath Cliff is. The Moors Heath Cliff is something that is savage and untamed. Heathcliff is something that, that transports Kathie to another level. She, you know, the heartbreak, desire, longing, anger, fury, you know, that she all feels with Heath Cliff, you know, is taking her to the sublime.
It's taking her to a higher place. And,~ um,~ and indeed what happens is, um, ~uh, ~Kathy is,~ uh, uh, ~uh, she's set up in a, in a marriage to someone that she doesn't really love. And because she's annoyed with Heathcliff, you know, she insists on marrying him. And Heathcliff driven by jealousy of Ka belonging to someone else,~ um,~ turns himself from,~ uh,~ basically, you know, the farm hand boy into a gentleman.
He learns to speak like a gentleman. He's really good with money. He buys all of this land from the surrounding, you know, manners that Kath has been raised in. And [01:46:00] he's, he's on the point of where he could purchase Kathie if he wanted to. So, so his response to being rejected by Kathie was to, you know, become a man of means, you know, and now he's going to like, you know, ~uh, uh, ~uh, reject.
He's gonna reject her in that way. ~And, and, ~and she's never lost her love for him or whatever. ~And, ~and we go to even more of a romantic high with all of this, because Kathy dies, you know, ~she, she, ~she is out. On the Moors calling after Heathcliff or something like that. They've had an argument or something like that.
And she catches cold and she takes to bed and she dies. And, um, Heathcliff goes from being, uh, motivated and fired by anger to, um, you know, equally impassioned regret and guilt and shame, and cannot stand to be alone with himself. And what happens is that he purchases the, the house ~that Kathy, ~that he and Kathy had, had their childhood in.
And, um, Kathy comes to, to the window, you know, and calls [01:47:00] out his name whenever there's a storm or in the darkness of night, and he's haunted by her. This is romanticism. Okay? Um, and, ~and, ~and it never ends well, but, but the experience, the zeal of going to these heights. Now again, um, what I'm trying to communicate to you is,~ uh, this, ~this doesn't necessarily have to be your love life for the next 12 years, but what it's going to be is this feeling of connection to people.
~Uh, ~perhaps it's romantic ~in, ~in terms of love, or perhaps it's romantic in terms of the way you idealize someone. It might be someone that you can't possibly have or who doesn't return the affections. And this may be something that. Transcends and lifts you and takes you to a higher place. ~Um, ~you know, you may love that person from afar or,~ um,~ you know, whatever difficulty you go with from the person and you break up or whatever.
You find someone who's more deserving of your love [01:48:00] that you have that connection to. But there's something about this Neptune in Aries that will transcend love. It's, it's, it's not just a hookup,~ it's,~ it's feeling a soulful connection and the frustration and the pain and the difficulty that goes with it, as well as the ecstasy that goes with it as well.
This is what inspires people to write all of those songs and to paint all those paintings and to write all those books and stories and things like this. Um, this kind of angst and it's something that can be very compelling and very inspiring, but it can also take your love to a higher level ~and, ~and it can take you to a higher level spiritually as a result.
So it won't follow the rules of the day-to-day world where you meet someone and get together and maybe break up or, or whatever it will. There will be something more exalted about this experience and you'll know exactly what that is 12 years from now.
If you're born under [01:49:00] Capricorn or you have Capricorn rising the spirit of time when Neptune is an Aries, forming a square to your own Zodiac sign is going to be challenging. At the same time, something that you can recognize the value and goodness of these challenges. So the challenges that are coming to you are not gonna be something like it's challenging you to climb a mountain or to go the distance or anything along those lines.
What's being challenged here is the way that you look at your father. Okay? Now, you might have had a father who was very domineering, or you might have had a father who was absent, you know, maybe because of work or something along those lines. Or you might have had a father who struggled with a handicap or a failure or difficulty, something that he had a hard time getting over.
And so the father might have been seen as either a stern figure, an absent figure, or a figure [01:50:00] that you were very mixed about. ~Um, ~in terms of, you know, maybe you, you liked your father, he had gone through a difficult time, and you feel like you should not become a success because then you would. Outpace your father that that in some regard, ~that ~that might be disrespectful to him.
~So you're struggling with the idea of a father or father figures in your life during this period of time. ~This is something that's already sewn into the fabric of the zodiac sign of Capricorn, but becomes more combative or more difficult with Neptune being in the Zodiac sign of Aries. Okay? So with Neptune being in the Zodiac sign of Aries, you may feel like you're on the wrong end of a conflict with the father figure, or you might be the father figure that people are looking up to and that they're rebelling against, that they're questioning, that they're undermining at every kind of turn.
Okay? So this is gonna be interesting because it deals with the idea of infatuation as well, the glamorization that we can [01:51:00] expect to find, uh, whenever Neptune is involved in the Zodiac sign, particularly a Zodiac sign like Aries. ~let's say your. Um, ~let's say you've idolized someone, you know, someone who's a father figure in your life, someone that you really look up to, and, uh, someone that,~ uh,~ that you really wanna be, like someone that you might have even rejected your own father to follow.
Okay? ~Um, ~during this period of time that Neptune is squaring your, uh, sign, uh, there may be,~ uh,~ an experience in which you experience disillusionment in this person, ~uh, that,~ that this person fails in some way. This person disappoints in some way. Uh, this person lets you down or lets everyone else down, or is a,~ uh, uh, ~uh, the reason for embarrassment or even scandal.
Okay? And so you might find that this person, or maybe even some of your favorite,~ uh,~ golden idols have feet of clay. And this might be something that you experience during this period of time, and your reaction might a number of different reactions. You might [01:52:00] ignore it, you know, you might try to explain it away,~ um,~ or you might become angry and feel personally betrayed by this, you know?
And if the person says, well, I'm just a human being, or whatever, you might find yourself being very intolerant or very icy or cold about the whole thing. You know, clearly it's struck a nerve. Or you might be going through a situation, which you are the one who's being admired. You are the one that people put on a pedestal.
You are the father figure to a number of different people. And maybe you mess up in some way, or maybe you disappoint in some way and maybe they look at you like, you know, you know, sconce or betrayed or let down or, or whatever. And you may feel really angry, you know, it's like, Hey, you know, ~I, ~I was someone that you admired before.
I didn't ask you to put me on a pedestal. You decided to put me on a pedestal. And who the hell are you to? Like, you know? And then may be like, ~I reject, ~I reject you [01:53:00] feet of clay person. Okay? And so, which of course is like a nightmare sequence for, ~uh,~ someone born under Capricorn or Capricorn rising. And so whether you're disillusioned with a father figure or you are the father figure that people are disillusioned with.
Where you feel the shame or like you have to explain or, or whatever. ~Um,~ and then in anger, like why should I have to explain this? ~Uh, if, if you're the person who's who people have found wanting, ~and this might send you into a kind of downward spiral, okay? If you were the one admiring someone else, you may feel like, you know, ~um, ~I, I've always been fooled.
I can't admire anyone ~and, ~and I feel bereft, I feel empty. Or if you're the person who, you know, uh, were idolized and now you're on a downward spiral, you might really find yourself very angry ~at, ~at the people who are now sitting in judgment of you, people that you raised up, people that you fostered or nurtured, or anything along those lines.
And this is one of those moments [01:54:00] that parents go through, usually with adolescent children in which they kind of like have to take their feelings out of it and be the parent. All right, so. What this is basically teaching you this illusion disillusionment cycle of the,~ uh,~ Neptune in Aries is to father yourself.
You know, maybe you shouldn't be looking to father figures. Maybe you're at a point in your life where you can father yourself. You can be the father. And what is it like to be a father? What is it like to be a role model? What is it? What is it like to be a guide? Someone that people depend on? ~Um, ~someone that,~ um,~ you know, people look up to?
So that might be your experience as a result of a disillusionment with a father figure ~where, ~where you kind of like have to man up and, and, ~and, ~and I'm using male imagery only because there's such male imagery associated with Capricorn and Aries and things like that. [01:55:00] But this applies equally for women as well.
This is not exclusively to men ~and how you deal with that disillusionment or disappointment or betrayal in a father figure. ~And then if you're the person~ who's felt, you know, ~who has been the cause of someone else's disappointment or disillusionment, and you wanna take it personally, get angry at that person.
You need to remember in this context, you're the parent, you're the father, and you still care about the person who's now, you know, ~um, ~uh, disowned you or turned your, turned their back on you. And you need to be patient and you need to be there. You be true to your feelings, which is great, but also you need to own the father role here, which is sometimes,~ um,~ people have to be angry at you and not talk to you for a day, a week, a month, a year, maybe a decade.
But at some point there's always a very powerful possibility. And definitely with this square that the person will circle around again and come back to you in a moment of penitence or [01:56:00] apology or even trying to like thaw the ice. You know, they're interested in maybe trying to set something up or putting out feelers.
And you need to be the open door. You need to be the person who is welcoming of that, receptive of that, and it may go against your pride or what was done to you or things like that. But Neptune is a planet that has a lot to do with forgiving and with understanding people on a more profound level than people tend to understand themselves.
~Has to do with understanding yourself on a more profound level than you. Understand yourself.~ And it comes from the idea that each of us are the salvation of another person. You know ~that, ~that if we play into a feud, we doom the other person who's in the feud with us, where, whereas if we are more forgiving or we stand from a position of love, you know, we give that other person an opportunity to come to understand that in the time that it takes for them to understand that.
And then we [01:57:00] understand ourselves on a deeper level as well. Compassion is strength, sympathy is valor. Love triumphs overall when Neptune is traveling through a Zodiac sign like Aries. And that might be hard for you to understand at first because it squares you, but it's something that you will definitely come to understand for the benefit of the other person and also to the benefit of you.
Aquarius
—
Speaker 7: If you're born under Aquarius or you have Aquarius rising, the spirit of time that Neptune is traveling through Aries is going to be a transcendent one for you. And the reason why I use the word transcendent is because we are talking about you, Aquarius, ~uh,~ with air, you're an air sign, and we're talking about Aries, which is a fire sign.
And fire and air go together. They uplift. Really, when you bring the two of [01:58:00] them together, if you think of like, ~um, uh, ~an air balloon, you know that people ride, uh, you step into the basket, the gondola, you know, you fire up the fire, it it, it blows hot air into the balloon and it lifts, it transcends it, it lifts and you fly.
And this is something that can come together when you combine the elements of air and fire. But being an Aquarius and being ruled by two planets, Uranus and Saturn, which aren't always on the best of terms with one another, being an Aquarius, you have an ability to stand both inside and outside a situation, okay?
So you can understand the situation and be at the center of it, but you also contain at that same moment. That sort of remote viewership of the situation. So you may be someone that people are coming to with their problems, issues, disputes, and you're helping them to communicate or mediate or understand different perspectives.
But you also have this ability to [01:59:00] sort of have a bird's eye view of what's going on so you can be both inside and outside a situation. What's going to happen with this,~ um,~ Neptune in Aries is that it's gonna help you understand how to work with that inside, outside perspective. ~Um, it's going to help you to bring a personal dimension to outside concerns or an objective criterion to the most insi.~
It is going to help you to bring a personal dimension to outside concerns and an objective criterion to the most intimate and sensitive of issues. Now, you know from your experience as an Aquarius and an Aquarius rising. That words and feelings don't always flow together. Just like rules aren't always the truest guide for behavior and social concerns.
Don't always respect individual freedom. You're going to find a way to honor both the rule and the exception to the rule. During this period of time that Uranus and Aries sets up a sextile to your own [02:00:00] Zodiac sign, Uranus and Aries is going to help you sort of dovetail two disparate parts of yourself.
~Uh, ~the one part of yourself that's ruled by Uranus, which is very idealistic. And idealism is something that's very much,~ uh,~ familiar to Neptune, but it's also gonna help you understand Saturn's pragmatism. How do I take action on idealism? And that's something that, uh, is going to be very,~ uh,~ familiar to Aries.
Okay? Those are great ideas and beliefs and things like that, but we need to take action. Okay? So this, during this period of time that Neptune is in Aries, in Sextiling,~ uh,~ uh, Aquarius, you're going to be able to dovetail idealism and pragmatism. You're going to be able to be inspired by higher thinking and also to take action.
~Now, this is something that you've often struck. ~
Speaker 8: ~Hmm.~
Speaker 7: This is going to help you with that deep split that you've always struggled with in your life. You know those times when you can see the way that things should be, [02:01:00] but you lack the means to bring it about, or those times when you have the means, but you're so bogged down by responsibilities and obligations and technicalities that come with your position that you are not free to act.
Neptune in Aries emphasizes. The one-to-one associations in your life, okay? It brings up conversations with people. You're working with, people you're living with, people that you're communing with. It brings up conversations and it forms collaborative relationships. Okay? So instead of you sort of coordinating everyone, you're actually learning from people in one-to-one situations rather than group situations.
And as you learn from people through interaction, through conversation, through working with them, through living with them, okay? You begin to see how you can bridge ~some of those gaps, ~some of those divides that I just described, because they're gonna have input, they're gonna have ideas, [02:02:00] they're going to have suggestions, ~and something that you can play with and, ~and, and you will experience them as sort of being, um, uh, uh, uh, sounding boards in your own life where they're kind of coaching you, but you're also coaching them.
~And so this introduces a different type of collaboration into your life that will be unfolding over the next tw.~
And so this will introduce a different kind of collaboration into your life that will be unfolding over the next 12 years. You're going to like, ~um, ~the camaraderie, you know, that's gonna speak to your aquarium nature. ~We're doing things together. You know, us, ~you know, we're doing things together as a group or community or, or a team.
~But at the same time, what you're also going to intro,~
but at the same time, what you're also going to recognize is how you make a personal difference. And that's the fire part. You know, fire emphasizes, as I said before, in this broadcast individuality, and you're going to see for the first time in these interactions, not only is it about receiving input and suggestions, but how you're making input and suggestions to other people.
You're feeding their fire, they're feeding your fire, and you're going to see for yourself, [02:03:00] wow, I really make a personal difference in other people's lives. And that's going to be something that brings the inside and the outside together in the present moment. ~ ~
Speaker 6: ~Hmm.~
Pisces
—
Speaker 7: If you're born under Pisces or you have Pisces rising this period of time that Neptune is traveling through the Zodiac sign of Aries. Well, I think the word I sort of want to use with you is transfiguration. You will find your whole being transfigured during this period of time. Now, let me go ahead and explain that Neptune is winding up a 12 or 13 years.
Stay in your own Zodiac sign, which is the sign of Pisces. And Neptune happens to be the modern ruler of Pisces. And during this period of time, you would've had all of ~these very Ian Trans,~ these transcendent Ian experiences. You would've experienced sympathy, compassion, love, forgiveness. You would've experienced suffering and grief [02:04:00] and heartbreak, all of those things that are bound up in the Zodiac sign of Pisces and that are bound up in the planet.
Neptune, you would've also experienced. Sacrifice during this period of time as well. And an empathy and a feeling for people that you may never meet, um, that go through difficulties. ~There's a universal, uh,~ there's a universal sort of suffering that can be sewn up into the zodiac sign of Pisces, but there can also be a universal empathy.
You, uh, we often talk about identifying with something Pisces or Pisces Rising can identify with everything. Okay? So, uh, this experience of Neptune traveling through your sign might've been painful at different times. It might've been exhilarating at different times. ~Um, ~it might have been. Ecstatic. It might've been inspired, it might've been creative, you know, but it also might've been suffering and heartbreak and things like that.
People born under Pisces who have Pisces rising, have the ability to experience the [02:05:00] full gamut of love. Neptune modern ruler Pisces, is often described as being unconditional love, but that unconditional love isn't,~ um,~ a, a, a generic love, okay? That unconditional love is all aspects of love, which means that if you're born under Pisces or Pisces Rising, you can fall in love.
You can be despondent, you can be angry, you can be jealous, you can be,~ uh,~ full of hosti hostility. You can also be forgiving. You can be welcoming. You can be sheltering. Uh, you can be compassionate. You can show mercy, you know, all of love. Everything that is defined by love is experienced in the psyches of people born under Pisces or Pisces Rising, but something that's also a big part of.
Neptune,~ um,~ is the idea of yearning and longing for things. You know, uh, people born under Pisces or who have Pisces rising often yearn for things that they cannot have [02:06:00] or they long for something that can't possibly be. And this is what sort of creates a reputation where people might say, God, you really like masochistic, or, you know, or, or something like that.
Or, you know, are you just into suffering? But it's not that there's something about yearning for something that's invisible or beyond reach that. Stretches the psyche. Okay. We, we, ~we, ~we yearn for something and we feel a sorrow for that, but it also deepens us as a person. A lot of times, if we fall in love with something,~ we,~ we fall in love with someone.
We, we love someone. We expect our desires to be satisfied. We expect our,~ uh,~ cravings to be satisfied, you know, and that's, you know, a lot of times what a relationship can be or a love relationship can be. And if we feel, you know, out of love with someone or something like that, it might be, you know, you didn't turn out to be the person, you know, I thought you were, or you're no longer the person I was in love with.
~And, and, ~and again, it's because we didn't get our needs [02:07:00] met or, or our cravings fulfilled or, or our desires, ~you know, um, uh, ~given proper, uh, proper attention. And due with yearning and longing, it really sort of stretches the muscles of love. Okay? ~It's, it's, ~it's yearning for someone who's not there. So you begin to imagine what that person is doing and what they're like.
Now, sometimes that's a nightmare scenario. They're going out with someone else nightmare. You know? Or it's like maybe they're feeling lonely too, or maybe, and what you do is that you begin to place yourself in someone else's psyche. And that teaches empathy, that teaches imagining yourself in someone else's.
Shoes, which takes you to another level of love. You know, maybe this person didn't get loved when they're a child and that's why they're so dreadful. You know? Or maybe heartbreak drove this person to be cold and, and, and withdrawn. And, and I know what heartbreaks like, and you know, I can, I can reach out.
So, so Pisces is always reaching across the aisle. Pisces [02:08:00] is always reaching across the Gulf. ~Um, ~and it's not really a hard thing for Pisces to do because they carry that much water, they carry that much love,~ uh,~ in their horoscope and in their being. ~Um, and, ~and Pisces has an ability to come back from heartbreak.
They have an ability to come back from disappointment. And so there might've been a lot of longing and yearning for, for things that were beyond your reach during the time that Neptune was traveling through your sign. That all changes when Neptune enters Aries. Okay, we change elementally. Okay. We go from ~a, ~a, a soulful experience, an emotional experience, water Pisces, to a sensational experience, a here and now experience.
That's fire Aries. Okay. So basically the message of Neptune in Aries is a simple one, and it one was one that was very popular in the 1970s and had a very strong inspirational effect. And it was be here now. [02:09:00] Okay? So in other words. Get out of the past. Get out of the yearning, get out of the longing, get into an Aries sensibility, which is where Neptune is.
~And it's be here now. Be in your life right now in this present moment and bring that into your life. Okay? And so if you're being here and now, mm, I don't like that. So the please cut that. Um, because it's not about bringing things into your life. Okay? So let's come back. ~So it's be here now. Be present in your life.
Now be here. Where you find yourself now in the present moment. And so what happens here is that there's an alertness to Neptune. In Aries, there's a nowness to,~ uh, uh, ~Neptune in Aries. Okay? Your, ~your, ~your present and Neptune in is gonna make you feel more alive. It's not gonna be about what's deficit or what's missing.
It's gonna be about what? Is in your life right now, think of logs being thrown in a fire and ~the fire, uh, uh,~ the flame grows brighter and, and, and, and, and lighter and warmer, you know, hotter as the logs are thrown in. This is what's going on with Neptune in Aries right now,~ that,~ that each thing that's added to your life makes you [02:10:00] more,~ uh,~ lit.
More, more, more, more fiery. Okay? This isn't about,~ um,~ missing or not having things. It's about, uh, uh, uh, being, you know. And so what you're going to experience during this period of time is less longing and more being during the period of time that Neptune is passing through the zodiac sign of Aries. And so you're not gonna hold back with the things that you want.
You're not going to hold back with your temper. ~Um, ~you're going to express things that you never really expressed. Before,~ um,~ now obviously you have to deal with other people's expressions. That's the whole thing about fire. You know, it's, it's, it's the importance of being me, but in me being me, the other person gets to be their me as well.
So you have to deal with that. But I think that you're gonna find all of this to be a very illuminating experience. A very invigorating experience. A very exciting [02:11:00] experience, and something that's going to show you a whole new side of yourself and Neptune, something that you never saw before and something that you're gonna have 12 years to get used to.
Speaker: For me, the podcast is kind of like the marker. It's like, okay, here we are. And then you go into the inner circle and you get to go deeper. Really like the diversity in astrologers. Judith Hill,
Speaker 2: Gemini Brett, Christopher Renstrom, Gary Caton, Frank Clifford, Michael Bryan. Hearing lots of different languaging has really helped me as a practicing astrologer myself.
Speaker 3: It's helped me hone how I give readings.
Speaker 4: I do love the astrology pulse, like those texts every day when the astrology pulse, like it's like I love, oh yeah, there's that quick check-in, and reminder the mastery classes
Speaker: when I'm on tour. That is my, that's my food because of my academic background. New information is like, like soul food to me.
And then there's the hugs that are the new moon [02:12:00] ceremonies. I'd say the number one thing for me is the
Speaker 5: New Moon ceremonies. It has to happen every cycle for me. Whether I can show up live or not, it's essential. Well, thank you for creating this amazing platform. I mean, this Ohana is truly a great home.
